This location is SLOW in the morning....and insane line ups from 11:30 due to school kids
Giving it 3 stars only because of the horrible line up from the school kids, I think the kids should line up separately as some of us have strict timings for breaks at work
It Tim Hortons it has steady flow of customers. Usually don't have to wait to long
Morning crew is awesome.. some of the best customer service I've ever received. One last (Who's name I believe begins with a C) is especially great.
I made an Uber eats order at 8 pm for sandwiches and donuts. They didn't call me till 8:45-- and when they did, the employee literally said "sorry, we don't serve food after 8:30." I made her specify what she meant by "food". She meant sandwiches. So not only did they spend over 30 minutes to process my order, but they made me wait for 45 minutes! HORRIBLE.
Can’t put a lid on a coffe properly or listen to instructions, You need to watch them make your food at this location. Told them no mayo I watched them load my sandwich with mayo and act ignorant asking me “so no mayo at all??” While trying to still give me the sandwich thinking it’s okay. Not acceptable or up to standards for a tim hortons location.
Absolutely atrocious customer service constantly got the order wrong ask for plain bagel received everything bagel wrong donut given the wrong drinks manager doesn’t seem to care Overall horrible experience will be contacting head office

I didn't end up ordering when I stopped in there today, but this franchise location needs to add AC!!!! I couldn't stand in line for longer than 2 minutes and had to leave. Meanwhile, this location is putting their staff in serious danger by having them work inside all day around a kitchen without AC???? I expect better from a franchised company. Rectify this immediately. I'm appalled and really hope they shut down for the day as I was only there at 10:30am and it definitely was not peak heat hours. Heat stroke can be fatal, and your minimum wage food service employees do not deserve that!
