Whoever runs this place hasn't got a clue. Multiple people behind the counter and only 1 person taking orders while there is a queue nearly out the door. Do they not realize people have trains and busses to catch. Had to leave the line without a coffee again today. So frustrating to watch. No-one obviously reads these reviews as so many reviews about the same thing and nothing changes.
Unit One Security train your security guards not to stand around and stare at people. And I just saw her punch her fist in her hand repeatedly. I'm not intimidated by a tiny thing like that. The demeanor of some of these 'trained' Security guards is they're are looking for a fight. It's a Tim Hortons not a jewelry store. How are people supposed to relax. She needs to stand in a corner away from people.
Confusing pickup areas. The kiosk orders are picked up deep in the store with an extremely narrow path for foot traffic so it's hard to pass one another. Meanwhile, orders placed at the till are picked up in a more open space by the door, so you have to walk backwards through the line of people to get there. You'd think it would be the other way around.
Worst experience ever with the New Westminster 4817 outlet. My order number was 9282 and they handed over wrong order which is 9227.I ordered online few hours ago and sadly online order was placed via new Westminster 4817 outlet and they have arranged it via doordash i guess. And dasher handed over the wrong order when i called the dasher he said this is the order that handed over by outlet to give me and i need to speak with tim Hortons and when i call them they didn't even bother to apologize for the confusion even and they ask me to visit and say my name in the outlet and claim it as i live in Surrey i ask nicely to arrange the correct order again or refund me they refused and ask me to visit the store and say my name and claim it what a unprofessional way of asking customer to do so and she keep asking me.to call doordash and claim from them why should i call doordash i didn't order from.doordash they arrange my delivery via doordash it's their responsibility. Worst experience ever very unprofessional call operator didn't even know the first thing of customer service or relations.Tim Hortons Digital this is for your attention. And kindly do review how you treat a customer when they call . I called the #4817 store at 19:49 Jun 17 2022 kindly review the call and see how good is your customers handling by the call operator.
your average time hortons but, the highlight is the espresso cold foam. it is so darn good!!! I hope they keep it on the menu forever.
I go to this Timmy's b-cuz it's convenient for me heading to work. If there was an alternative, would go not come to this store. I usually order online but SOME of the staff manning the pick ups are very unorganized and not too bright. Sorry but it is what I experienced. Also hate the food delivery people just cutting in front of everybody. Coffee and food is usually good. Just the service and some staff's poor customer service skills.
I usually do a mobile order here before classes or when I want to have a quick bite in between classes.Food is as good as you'd expect Tims food to be (take that how you will haha).I, personally, have never had any complaints about this location - kinda surprised at how many one star reviews this place has, but that maybe just due to the nature of it being near the Skytrain. I've always found mobile pick-ups to be quick and efficient, especially when I'm in a rush.
Mostly good, but needs a Major changes on dealing customer service. Saturday evening, which there are long line behind, but only one cashier takes order. Also, potential security concerns regarding with vagrant loitering to open close doors.
GREAT Place!! They gave me A LOT of cream on my Chocolate Chill! Staff are really friendly and good location, it's right beside my favourite Pizza Place! This is my favourite Timhortons by far!!!?????❤️
I used to feel comfortable when I came here. Now they have a new security lady that watches people like a hawk and stares people down. I'm just waiting for my pizza next store and I'm being stared at sipping my coffee. It's Friday night and I'm just trying relax. The other security guard was so much better. This place is going to lose business.
