We order 1 Craveable Beef sandwich and Chicken but ending up 2 beef sandwiches. My mom have to ask the staff to return the beef sandwich for a chickethat we order 1 of thing and she saw the receipt to them. And the staff is not focus on the task at hand or order at hand. I wish they can improve their services better.

The worst service in the best place. Very bad to keep waiting for long just to be served one cup of coffee because all Staff effort is on the drive through. Imagine the waiting time is always between 10 to 12 minutes just to get coffee and a muffin. The worst service ever even if some staff are kind.

The food was dismal at best. The staff seemed to be preoccupied by something during the entire duration of our stay which led to them to mixing up our orders and forgeting parts of it entirely. Considering the restaurant was empty this was quite odd.

Busy location during peak hours. Public washroom available. Friendly and prompt service. Great coffee on my visit

UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have gone through the drive thru 3 times and twice they have got the order incorrect. Do I ever wish there was a better option relative to where we live!* Drive thru focuses on speed over quality. So many order mistakes are made all while they rush food into your car - I would say 40% of the time the order is incorrect which is about 35-37% above what it should be.* The lack of organization on the drive thru order screens is terrible as either three Cars in the other lane have their order taken while you sit there waiting for someone to take your order, or you start to give your order and a second employee comes on the PA asking what you would like and you have to repeat your order.* The attitude and tone most of the individuals taking orders at drive thru is terrible. Sounds like you are putting them at an inconvenience for giving them business.* 95% of their staff focus on drive thru orders. The line up inside takes forever as only one person is helping the inside line max. That includes having to do the mobile orders.* Mobile orders, when you submit ASAP, the drinks never get made. The food will be sitting out ready to be picked up at one end and then you have to tell the one employee who is helping inside customers that you are there for a mobile order and then they look at the screen and start making your drink(while ignoring the inside customer line)

Nice place for usual Tim Hortons stuff, expect bit lengthy drive through lanes during morning, crew is friendly and multilingual, surprisingly they served me delicious veggies sandwich during breakfast time. (which I liked, thank-you ?Tim's)

I’m not sure if mathematics are a prerequisite to serve timbits, but a box of 50 is supposed to contain 50, not 38. That’s a pretty bad job by anybody standards.

Half order my drink then get told to hang on while they make my drink. I ask how they know what I want in it. Finish the first drink wait for them to finish making it to them laughing through intercom. Trying to take my order. The drive thru was already 10 minutes into a wait. When we drove by window it was just a bunch of kids standing around giggling0/10 would not recommend

Very hit-and-miss with consistency and customer service..3/4 times a week I order a London Fog tea.. It is usually 3/4 full, not hot enough and forgets the vanilla. ALWAYS an issue when ordering.. Either train staff better or don't run them so short..

The customer service here is impeccable ? Thank you Tim Hortons for the really great staff you have here this location really lives up to its branding! Hopefully in the future Tim Hortons will have an option to purchase organic coffee and foods.
