They did a good job during the pandemic. Staff always has a sweet smile. And the Reward Program is a great choice for usual customers like me.
I really like the boba milk with cream. Their brown sugar is the best i've had in Van.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’m a regular customer and after my experience tonight I will never purchase another drink from this place. After placing my order and paying extra for my customizations, it took the two girls 10 minutes to make a single drink. It was made cold when I specificity ordered it hot. I was then accused of lying with the girl saying I didn’t order it hot when she handed me a cold drink. I told her I always order the same drink hot to check the system, as I come here all the time and have never had a problem with the guy that works during the day. He’s great. She hesitated and finally agreed to remake it for me. I assumed I would be able to keep the cold one that was made in error to give it a try because they were going to throw it out anyway and I had been waiting over 10 minutes at this point to only get the wrong drink. Please note there were no other orders being made. If it was busy with other customers and drink orders I totally understand and expect a longer wait. Instead the girl grabbed it from my hand and was incredibly rude. You have lost a loyal customer. Hope management makes some serious training changes. while your bubble tea itself is 5 stars for its delicious taste the customer service I received from staff is completely unacceptable.
It was clean and the service was great. I had a lime tea. Due to my 30 percent sugar request, it was quit tart/sour. Still great! Wish they had some sweeter sugar free options on the menu. ?
I have tried many bubble teas , they have got best option for milk and cream mouse in New west or Vancouver indeed.Perfect sweetness and flavours.Boba and pearls always taste fresh. Love there quality and quantity:))
Stingy bubble tea place!Not worth it, bubble tea is very small/little for the price you're paying, annoyed that they insisted on adding ice despite me requesting them NOT to add any (you can tell they're being cheap because they wanted to fill the cup up with as much ice as possible to save on the drink itself), the drink tasted rather average, and when I asked for a bag, the girl seemed very hesitant giving me one?? It was very awkward and she made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. Because of this poor experience and how cheap they were being, I decided not to ever come back here again.
Came in and went to the bathroom and when I came out the lady informed me that I wasn’t supposed to be using their bathroom due to Covid which I’m not sure was true or not. I apologized as I wasn’t told anything while I was walking into the bathroom and I was told that it was rude for me to use their bathroom without asking even though I was a paying customer. If you care at all about receiving good service, do NOT come here.
Didn’t get the drink i wanted. Then they told me it’s only in few stores but that taro milk tea is available in all the stores. The firstly made me pay for it and then gave some other drink and told that they don’t have it. I garbage the drink in front of the girl because it was not what i wanted. She did not gave my money back.If someone can contact me that would be appreciated. Then she said sorry when i garbage it in front of her. Rather than giving my 7 dollars back
It looks like there's many options but they're almost all small variations of the same things. Their menu can be confusing at times.Decent bubble tea but nothing special. Maybe I've been to XFT too many times...
Don't come here if you're looking for fresh fruit bubble tea cuz they wouldn't have any, but what they DO have is insanely good, if not THE BEST brown sugar based bubble tea I've come across so far. Their Bobas are also really good, soft but still retain that chewy texture and their brown sugar has the deepest caramel taste with a slight bitter note that balances the richness of the milk (if you get the milk series)Also, they only have one size that resembles more of a small size at other bubble tea places. At around $6.50 each, you can consider this place more on the pricey side of things but hey! You get more quality than quantity. I usually order a large size at other places but here, I don't miss the large size. I find their drinks that contain the cream mousse is rich enough that I don't want anything bigger.Again, Don't come here if you're looking for fresh fruit. Come here if you have a craving for brown sugar Boba milk tea. Highly recommend anything that comes with the cream mousse!
