I shared My pork sandwich and poutine order and still ended really full. Definetly Will come back to try other dishes!
Got wrong order in online order.Some staff picked up the phone calling me a liar and yelling at me with incredible attitude . She should be fired !I called again (after she hand out on me ) and the other staff respectfully asked me politely to called Door Dash to fixed my orderWhat a joke as a first experience .
Went here to try the poutine. Was not disappointed, very delicious and big portions. The fries were right and crisp, the gravy had awesome flavour. Also tried the burger very tasty, fresh and juicy. I will definetly return here. It is at a great spot if your taking the skytrain.
Right by the sky train! Really good poutine, and burgers!. Fast service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick easy stop to hangout ☺️

I liked the poutine but not really the burger, but it was good to try! People there were really friendly and seems like they are enjoying working there:)
Their poutines are comfort foods in true sense! I went to Winnipeg for a year and I could not find any poutines as good as theirs. The staff is always very friendly and sweet. I always had good experience and never had any issues with the food quality. I would recommend if possible to dine in instead of take out as according to me the best way to have poutines is when they have been freshly served. Overall it is a really good place and spending money on their food is worth it!!
I have been going to Spud Shack since they first opened. They have a few vegan options, which is great. The local beer list is pretty small but always good and it changes regularly. The service is always stellar, the screens are always set to the Food Network, instead of sports and I’ve always loved that, too.
Spud Shack is insanely delicious, some of the yummiest food you can get in all of Greater Vancouver. They should definitely open more locations someday. Every one of their variety of poutine types are super tasty. We go out of our way to visit New West pretty often just to grab some amazing poutine at Spud Shack. Can't recommend it enough!
