I go to this franchise almost everyday and oh man, this chopped leaf has such great staff! The place is well sanitized, and the food is made with such spectacular love!

Small meat portioning.Bought a #1 bowl. Got half a handful of grilled chicken for 4$ extra.The rest was good. I just really wanted meat, but I guess that's kinda my fault for going into a place called "Chopped Leaf" for meat.
Spent hundreds of dollars racking up points. One day, I go in and find out they scrapped the program. I was one purchase away from cashing out my points, but they refused to give me any credit for it.Sad that my loyalty isnt even worth a $10 credit. Bad business move - based on principle, ill grab my lunches elsewhere from now on thx.
This is the saddest sandwich I have ever seen.Literally worst sandwich I've ever eaten. One piece of lettuce a few pieces of carrot and a tiny amount of tuna and that's it. Very very disappointing. Never going here or ordering again. Did someone get fired and was still asked to work?
Has to be one of the worst experiences ever !Ordered through DoorDash.The quantity was so less we had to add home ingredients; it seemed as if someone just threw ingredients in the bowl at will with no effort to make it even look nicer for that matter.And the quality obviously matched with quantity !!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at other Chopped Leaf restaurants but the one in New Westminster is not up to the standards of others I’ve tried. I just had a tuna sandwich that was mostly big hunks of cucumber with very little tuna. Parts of the sandwich had no tuna, just cucumber and carrots. The chopped leaf in Coverdale grills the tuna sandwich and it is filled with tuna. The New West restaurant lightly toasted the sandwich and it was limp and soggy. I’ve also ordered a Sunshine salad from the New West chopped leaf and it literally came with three tiny slices of avocado and a little smattering of cheese. Basically it was lettuce and not much else. This will be my last visit to this location.
I ordered make your salad with lots of veggies, but got a salad full spiniach
