We got catering from here for a work party and it was a great experience. Service was exceptional, got a lot of help in advance on narrowing down what to order and then the food was completely set-up for us. Everything was delicious and had nothing but good things to hear about it from our staff!
I had loaded nachos and they were delicious. Kamal served me very well. She handled everything perfectly. Will come here next time definitely.
Absolutely ridiculous clown show. The person serving us spoke too fast for us to understand while we were ordering. We ordered 2 taco bowls with beyond meat. At PRIME dinner time on a Saturday, they only had one shell available and beyond meat for a single order. So they said it would be "a few minutes" no worries - we decided to eat the quesadilla with beyond meat while we wait for the rest to be made for the taco bowl. We got no choice of the kind of salsa. We paid, tipped, and were not thanked.20 minutes we waited, and they hadn't even bothered to check on us. They just kept taking more orders in line, and bringing in more money - others coming and going with their food.Already finished the shared meal for one, to get their attention, we had to wait at the back of a line again to ask about the wait. No apology, just a "yes, I know" from our fast talking attendant. They had our beyond meat ready -- but because we'd been prioritized last, and because they weren't prepared for the dinner rush, the only remaining taco bowl was completely soggy from the beans sitting in it for 20 minutes.I had to mention an apology before one was even offered. We told them we wanted a refund. Again, we were not prioritized by others entering the restaurant after us. After waiting for them to rake in more money, we were finally at the till. Neither staff member knew how to issue a refund. Unbelievable. The fast talker asked for my ID and email information so he could send me a personal e-transfer for the refund. WHAT KIND OF CLOWN SHOW is being run here where you don't train your staff basic customer service like thank you and apologizing in advance, stock everything for everyone that might come in regardless of their food preferences, or even how to work their POS system properly? Not to mention how UNDERSTAFFED this place was with two people for a Saturday night dinner rush. It's clear the management is only interested in making this place a cash register without any standards of customer service - pay the least amount of money for people with the least amount of staff so they can't keep up with reasonable demands. Shame on management.
This place customer service is complete garbage. We came in for some food 45 minutes before closing. They didn’t heat our food saying that they’re closing soon at 10pm but we were there around 9:15. So we got our food and decided to dine in and they kept giving us countdowns. “You guys better be out in 30 mins,” “you guys better leave in 25 mins.”
We came in 45 minutes before closing because we wanted to get some food. Besides that point, they shutdown the grill and refused to heat our food. They rushed us and poorly wrapped our food. We then decided to dine in quickly with 35 minutes to spare, and they were eyeing us down and giving us countdowns even though there’s still 30 minutes left. It’s not like we were gonna stay there for an hour, we just wanted a place under shelter to eat the food we literally bought from. What a joke of a customer service, legit never eyeing us down until the moment we left. Food was terrible soggy and wet. Jesus
I dunno about the pics in these reviews because none of them look anything like what i received. Order the shrimp tacos with rice and chips and queso. The only good part about my whole meal was the coke zero i ordered. Because they couldn't screw that up. Rice was as dry as the psoriasis on your uncle's elbows, there was a total of 4 pieces of shrimp for my 4 tacos, there was absolutely no taste, no cheese, no salsa, the chips were edible but had to be soaked in coke zero to be able to bite into the chips.Come on peeps, how do you mess up something so easy to make??
We are an ardent fan of the joint but tonight we were served poorly by the new female staff and the portion sizes were decreased and the dinner was not put together neatly either. The sour cream and guacamole was missing too. Unfortunate!
Walked into the shop to be greeted by 3 lovely ladies with obvious smiles behind their masks. Amazing quality on my platter, establishment was clean. So to summarize:Great staffGreat foodGreat cleanliness.Thank you for a great lunch!
