I was horrified how digustingly dirty this subway is. Honestly I was scared to eat my sandwich. Shut this place down. Obviously horrible mgmt here. Gal server was decent tho otherwise I would give no stars. Very disappointing.

Was walking past the store and noticed the app had any sun $7.99. Went inside the store and ordered a sub. At payment I showed the girl the 799 app. She informed me she couldn’t honoured and I had to use the app to place the order. Attempted to place the order discount not applied. App froze as I tried to enter the code. Still would not give me a discount store refuse discount. Told the store I refused to pay more and told them they could throw the sun in the garbage and I walked out. Will never return to that location
Not the staff’s fault, but horrible service today because there was only one person working at lunchtime. Insane. Waited 35 minutes. Terribly managed. The staff must be very stressed only having one person at a time. Not coming back to this location.

Horrible customer experience. Extremely skimpy with toppings...as in 5 cucumber slices for a footlong. I wasn't going to leave this review but when I bit into the sandwich laden with a thick layer of pepper making it taste rancid I just had to. I sincerely urge management to train their employees to deliver consistency in not just product but also customer service.
