Alright, where do I even start. First of all, lets talk about the customer service, they try to rush you out of there faster than a pig runs to a pile of mud. I asked for extra black olives and they put a little bit and tried to ask me "and". Like WOAH WOAH WOAH I said extra not a little bit. slow-er down there pal, I need more black olives than just that little shrimpy amount. The spinach, oh lordy the spinach looked more wrinkly than emperor Palpatine. But they put a huge amount of turkey which was good so they gain a star for that. Last and definitely not least, the price was not right.
The worst customer service ever. Twice we tried to order from this restaurant promotional items and twice we were denied.First time we heard promo on the radio that by getting three of either sub, wrap or salad (mix and match) there was a discount, the staff insisted that the promo only works when getting 3 exacts same items.The second time we came with coupons received by mail and cashier said it’s only for online use. When we showed on the coupon clearly stated “redeemable at the restaurant” we were told she doesn’t care and refused to accept the coupon.Will never again come back to this location. Much better service in uptown of New West.
Good Customer service and price is better than Vancouver area
I went there to buy sandwich and i also wanted use restroom. They made public restroom as storage room and when i asked girl working there can i use employee’s restroom? She said its only for employees. I would like to give them 0 star.
Really bad customer service! If you call them twice to get a clarification on your order, they get agitated and start making assumptions even before listening to you! The agent I spoke to was really annoying,,she should seriously change her way of talking to a customer or else this place will only be going down!
Regular customer of this location one day I went there just to use washroom and staff stopped me and said do u want to buy something. I said not today just want to use washroom then she said sorry it’s for customer . It was so hurtful

The ladies that work here are super nice, the food is on par with the rest of subways, I also judge the franchise on the tomatoes lol if they are green, well... bad quality control but this place has great tomatoes yeay! ? and it’s clean!
Best management. The staff is so polite & the shift manager was really nice. Like every other subway, their food is upto standards & best customer service!
