So ya, their fountain drink doesn’t have a diet beverage option. I asked for my money back and the very rude woman working there YELLED at me and shouted at me in front of her staff and customers, “Sorry!! I didn’t know you were a diabetic!!”.

Wouldn't let me eat inside because she had cleaned the tables and was closing in 40 mins.

I had a very bad experience at this subway today (30/05/2022)at around 2:30PM. There is a rude lady staff working in this store who was very inpatient and impolite to us and other customers as well. She was the only staff working there today. I came there with my sister who is pregnant and she behaved rudely to my sister and me as well. There were not even many customers at that particular time however, she was never good to anyone there which we noticed as we were sitting there. We as customers expect the staffs to be atleast polite and patient. I felt she does not even care about her job or the customers. Its a shame that subway is not providing proper training to there staffs. I never had such a bad experience from any other stores of subway. The customer service was so poor and I would never ever want to visit this particular subway at Columbia station again or I would never suggest anyone to visit the place

Inadequately trained staff, didn’t know that a footlong should be cut and didn’t know how to operate the register. I don’t blame the staff, its poor management/training.

Cookies tasted really stale...The macadamia white chocolate cookie was extremely stale and old.

There's a very rude women working here. She is very angry and impatient toward the customers. Seems very unhappy with her job.

Footlongs and potato soup are really good!!!!

The sandwich artist was really great she did an excellent job

Not anything spectacular...didn't go out of their way to be friendly....not bad service....

Ask for a grilled chicken sandwich and watch as the sales clerk tries to convince you that a crispy chicken is grilled. Walked out in disgust, and tip to management, teach your staff the difference between grilled chicken and battered chicken.
