One of the best Starbucks experiences I've had. My drink is always exactly how I asked for it and the staff is extremely friendly despite experiencing harassment from customers. I always stop here on my way through Burnaby.
Starbucks' Marshmallow Dream Bar is soft and chewy yet crispy, with stretchy marshmallow bits, and totally delicious. Wonderful customer service too!
My Family and I had the most horrific experience at this location. We were harassed for the better of 20min by a man who was clearly high on something. Yet , the staff did nothing they just looked away and some walked away. I was forced to call 911 once the man threatend to " lay my husband out" , in front of our child. I was extremely disgusted at the three baristas . The least they could have done was call for a security or something. I will Never be going back to that location .
Every time i come in for my nighttime coffee break, the supervisor and barista are always very welcoming. Nik goes above and beyond when it comes to making customers satisfied!
I never went back after realizing how they treat people with colour . Am sure the management is recognizing how the review and rating is going down.
I love this Starbucks location. The staff are amazing but especially Nik who is quick, efficient and continuously welcoming to everyone!!
Really rude staff, there’s tons of other Starbucks and I would recommend using them and avoiding this location.
