Its now 3rd time that my drink is not as what i orderedI am a daily customer, i always do mobile orders for caramel macchiatoToday, my coffee didn’t say 4 pumps extra vanila on the slip but it was my customisationI even asked the guy working today if my drink has the extra 4 pumps vanila and he said yesI drink the same coffee every day and i know how it tastes with 4 pumps and withoutKindly please let the customers know even if you forget to add but dont give the coffee saying a lieI want the management to look into what staff is doing, carelessly managedI atleast need $50 refundWhy would i compromise??
Don't order from these people unless it's written down online. They can't hear and make your order wrong.Not worth your time.
Service from staff is very helpful, great Caramel Macchiato, I was asked if I want it cold or hot, i said cold & not too much ice!

Nice staff, truly, but don’t go here in the morning if you are in a hurry. I ordered a drip coffee via mobile order 25 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for it. (Similar experience earlier this week.) Obviously this store is much busier since the location on Columbia Street closed. Service is better at other times of day. I feel for the staff and understand that certain businesses are understaffed, but this is not an isolated thing. There are currently around 20 people waiting for mobile orders.

They constantly make drinks wrong even if they remake it! Simple things like asking for it iced or adding a topping! They have a notice saying that is closing early at 5 on the 15th and 16th but today's the 11th and it's not open at all! Starbucks chat isn't helpful either!The dumb staff will come to the door and pointed the sign I posted
Starbucks crew uptown in New Westminster is a fantastic team. They are very kind and passionate. I highly recommend you to visit there. You never regret it. ??
Was great, asked the cashier to pick what I buy, forgot what it was but it ended up being a tea drink, was amazing. 5/5 would come back and, have gone back.
It is a Starbucks and so you know what you are going to get before you go in. This branch had very few baked goods and I presume that is because of supply chain issues.
