Met a friend for a cold drink. Nice to sit outside. A bit loud with the train and traffic.
This branch is good in general, sometimes they don't have enough items, so it's only one way: go for your coffee.In general with the brand, majority of beverages are made with syrup, so if you want to get unsweetened drink, your choices will be really limited, and in my personal case I can't no drink coffee or sugar (that sucks), so currently options are only teas (not whole the time in this branch). Bakery is only fatty food, a blow to your liver.
I don’t think this location has a drive thru but it’s great. I would say that it’s more of a hole in the wall location. They aren’t as friendly as the Safeway location and who knew Starbucks would be closing down stores but whatever. It looses a star for unfriendly staff but otherwise it’s a good location. I’m just glad it’s here since they closed the nw station and Columbia st ones
they over-charge, identical coffee is higher priced than at all other SB locally, you also can buy on App to pick up here for less than you can order inside, I will not return until this is rectified

Terrible organization by the staff during COVID times. People didn't know where to line up, they were standing randomly throughout the store. Orders prior to mine were messed up. My order was ready the whole time after I arrived (through mobile order), but the staff indicated it wasn't ready after I told them the pick up name , and told me to stand by the wall. I ended up having to go up to the counter to inspect the drinks only to find mine was ready the whole time. It's as if this location is run by a bunch of teens with no work experience. Upon letting them know that the drink was ready, there was perhaps a hint of apologizing, but otherwise, it was just silence. Will not return.
I enjoy coming to this location because you never have to wait long for your drink to be made. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff are friendly.
Very nice staff ! Great coffee! It looks like the washrooms are closed but one washroom is open around the corner. Staff may want to put clearer signage indicating this.
