NEVER GOT MY FOOD……. Asked me to park in an nonexistent spot after the drive thru and wait for my food. After trying to figure out where to stop I parked in a stall a few spots down from the entrance.Waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that I never received. Guess they don’t care enough to look in the parking lot.
“The cold one”. This Starbucks is practically perfect with accurate drinks, friendly staff, and fast service. However… every time I attempt to study here I leave after about 30 minutes, because the temperature is so unbearable. It has been this way year-round which is how it got its nickname. Every time I leave this place I am shivering to my core with rigid ice-cube-fingers that can hardly grasp a pen. I could see how this review could sound trivial but it’s really hard to get work done at this location due to the consistently low temperature. To the degree that I regularly opt to drive an extra ten minutes to a more comfortable store. I’ve never had this experience at any other Starbucks locations so I don’t know if there’s anything you can do about it but if you can, this cold, twilight loving, university student would greatly appreciate it.
They lose a star from the standard 4 because unfortunately their drive-thru is almost always overflowing onto the street and it makes it really awkward to get into it. Otherwise it's pretty speedy and the barista's are nice and polite. I once ordered a pup cup for my human friend and they obliged. That's good service. Also he liked it.
Cathy was making our drinks I asked her what she suggest for a hot and cold drink . She was super lovely gave me two drinks I could make . So sweet took pride in her job. Will be back at this location just for her. Thanks again ❤️
I absolutely loved the service and the staff here. Gary was so sweet and lovely person with amazing customer service skills, he deserves a raise. Would 10/10 recommend this Starbucks.
Came into Starbucks today haven’t been in 2 months since I came in and met Cathy she recognized me right away . Was so nice and helpful once again . Truly a Starbucks rockstar ! Love love love her thanks again for the amazing service
Like so many other locations in Canada and US, this Starbucks location needs to reintroduce personal reusable cups in drive-thru. Otherwise their service is great!
Just wanted to write a review to improve your drinks...everytime I buy from this locations the drinks always taste different from other locations. Not sure if its different steps or new workers but the drinks don't taste very good...... sometimes I have watered down drinks or the coffee taste is too strong in a caramel machiatto... Thanks
If you can't get a very simple drip coffee drink order correct, which means I have to waste my time coming through the drive thru again, I would expect a 'hey sorry about that' but instead get an attitude of we are doing you a favour by giving you a 'free correct coffee'...
I mentioned please remove bubble on my green tea matcha because, I noticed my previous order in drive through, arrive at work open my cup 3/4 tea 1/4 bubble, knowing that cup is tapered cylindrical , that's alot , actually, it's worthy for one star, should be zero, not again
