I ordered delivery via DoorDash but what I received was not included as per their menu online.I ordered the tuna sandwich which is supposed to come with melted cheddar cheese but there was no cheese which made the sandwich even more bland (the ciabatta bread was good though).I also ordered the cinnamon bun, which was really dry and had no cream cheese spread so it was just really bread with cinnamon powder.But their iced latte was very tasty. The only thing I liked from this order.

Best iced mocha in the area and the pre-packaged food is better than most other coffee shop's food (even when other shops make it on the spot). Don't waste your time going to other local coffee shops. Just skip the pain and go for the good one right away.
I tried to have a slice of lemon poppyseed loaf for the first time here, and it was soft and moist.There are four tables available for seating inside.
My latte is perfect and tastes amazing every time. Breakfast sandwiches are so tasty. Also, the customer service very friendly.My only complaint is that there hours are so limited. I get off work at 5pm, and it takes an hour for me to commute to home. I cannot go to serious coffee because the coffee shop closes around 3-4pm. :(
Took half an hour to get 2 bagel. Instructions hasn't been followed, and low experience customer service. Bagel it self taste good, however the filling was terrible! Coffee got cold ice while waiting to get the bagels.
The drinks are excellent, the food (i tried breakfast/other sandwiches and cinnamon buns mmmmmm) tastes fresh and delicious, the people behind the counter are always happy to see you and are so caring. They greet their frequent customers like a good friend. I felt safe buying the food as everything looked super clean and well organized. The packaging is also perfect when you get it to go. I've been a handful of times here and I am 100% coming back. Thanks guys!! Keep it up! <3
I have been to this Serious Coffee Plaza 88 location a few times now and I have always received great service and good food. I have had the smoked meat sandwich which was good and the ingredients were fresh. They have become known in New West however for their delicious cinnamon buns. So delicious that I bought a whole bunch of their cinnamon buns one time to share with my family. I also need to note that I have a very serious food allergy so I cannot eat at some coffee shops/bakeries because of the high risk of cross contamination or just their unwillingness to accommodate. But Dustin (the owner) at this Serious Coffee location was really friendly and very accommodating to my allergy. Overall great experience and great service :)
The staff, & the owner Dustin really take the time to get to know their regulars, & it shows :)this is my partner, & I's favourite coffee shop; it was one of the first places we tried in the area after moving into our new building, & we haven't gone anywhere else since lol. Their samosa's are to die for (especially with their mango chutney) & I've never once gotten a drink from them that was disappointing. Some of the best espresso based coffee drinks I've had in the mainland ☕️Photo's below are a build your own sandwich on ciabatta with garlic mayo, asiago cheese, black forest ham, & red onion, with a hot mocha with heavy cream, cinnamon, & chai spice. Highly recommend! ?
