It was good to have Filipino desserts near home..love the taho..not very sweet..
Ordered via Uber eats and didn’t realize that the pearls were not included in the brown sugar milk tea. An employee called to verify the order and was able to modify our order to include pearls. We really appreciate the extra effort that Sago Togo put into ensuring we were happy with our order!
Mislead and definitely a disappointing experience. We were so excited to try it out, we ordered taro milk tea with sago, pandan slush with ice cream and bubbles, matcha and ube bubble waffle cones. The milk tea had absolutely no flavour at all and no sweetness. The pandan slush was not blended properly almost like a shaved ice consistency and the bubbles were so soggy. We couldn’t even finish our drinks. The bubble waffle was mediocre. On top of that we waited 25 minutes for our order. Would’ve asked for a refund if we lived closer to the location.
Superb!Warm Taho brings back childhood memories!
Played ping-pong, a nice place to spend with family
So glad I found this place! Try their taho or their halo halo. Guaranteed to satisfy your Filipino dessert craving!
Been craving bubble tea and wanted to support a local business during these tough times. I ordered a half sweet passionfruit milk tea with no ice. The flavour was nice but I couldn't really taste the passionfruit that much. Sweetness level was perfect. From what I've tried, it was decent but nothing special and lacked the oomph that's needed to get a customer to come back for more. I'm not sure if I want to come back, but I regret paying $6 for my drink.
Amazing service, delicious bubble tea, everything is made fresh, and it's a small local family-run business! I'm going to recommend Sago to everyone I know!!! We tried the taro/ube with sago (big soft pearls - different from tapioca pearls), and the Oreo Slush with sago. We both loved them. We also tried Pandan bubble waffle and ice cream. The bubble waffle was fresh, and so good, but the ICE CREAM: OMG. It was some of the best ice cream we've ever had. The owner also had her son bring us stuff to our car across the street. So kind and generous!
I love taho! So naturally, I was really excited to try it here. The shop is really cute but the energy/vibes felt pretty low and quiet in there. That wasn’t a huge deal though. I ordered and was on the go. The taste was decent, but nothing too special. The arnibal (syrup) didn’t have that deep caramelized flavour I know and love from taho. The tapioca pearls were a tad bit overdone and i was a little disappointed that a place named Sago to Go - wasn’t actually serving the little sago pearls with their taho ?. My main issue was that it was most definitely served lukewarm though. Overall, I wasn’t blown away but I do appreciate that it’s available seeing as taho can be hard to come by in the Vancouver area. I’d be willing to come back and give it a try later down the line along with some other interesting looking menu items!
Got the strawberry icecream bubble tea, and it was fantastic. Have not had a chance to go back to try their milk teas or waffles, though they smelled delicious when we visited. Definitely recommend it.
