Delivered to wrong address likely due to parking being convenient. Fortunately no one was working at the department where it was delivered. Still it was a block away. The call taker argued that no one was answering when they called. Then why deliver to wrong address?We picked up the pizza. It was in bad condition. Two out of 4 must have fallen on its side yet it was still delivered...to the wrong address.There is no point calling back since they couldn't at least apologize for their error in delivering to wrong address.They insisted that we didn't answer. Ignoring the fact that they did not deliver to the address as specified. I cannot stress this enough.
Pizza Hutt is good, but this franchisee is just a dumpster fire, its actually got the lowest rating for Pizza Hutt in the lower mainland, and that's well deserved. Its easy to see why, closed at odd times, orders wrong, cold food, rude delivery people, and incoherent staff.You can just tell when the management is completely wrong and unable to handle the responsibility they've taken on.
Their $10.00 Margherita pizza was bomb and the tomatoes on them were real tomatoes that were flavourful and juicy too. Well done pizza hut, I think the Margherita pizza there is now my new Fav. The Canadian was good too. I find pizza hut crust/dough has a unique tasty flavor and it was greasy in a good way... Like... It's pizza!
Good location. Staff is courteous & friendly. Pizzas were very good & staff prepared them well, making them correct due to requesting extra ingredients. This is 1 Pizza Hut location that has NOT made mistakes with any order I have given them! Definitely recommend this location for any of your pizza cravings.
Last order I made came with very little toppings and a huge "crust" area. Reached out to pizza hut's customer service and never got a reply. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
The worst pizza I have ever had from thus store▪︎I said very very less cheese and it was lots n lots of cheese and veggies were rarely seen▪︎the next morning I got when I called up to complaint the store manager said that you have to pay extra for the extra vegetables. Then I said the guys Taki g taking the order should ask for extra money▪︎I told him to train the staff properly ▪︎the guy over the phone was very rude and wasn't able to resolve the issue ▪︎ overall he wasn't ready to listen at all▪︎
Not recommend. Attention! They have such a low rates can really tell something. See how greasy their crust is. Unlike other pizzas I had before, the crust tastes like deep fired food! If the baking thing takes a short cut to deep fry, it’s really like a cheat. Besides,there isn’t the good special smell of baking food in the crust, but a smell of greasy oil. And I hope they DON’T use the Hydrogenated vegetable oil which is well used in the fries or some junk food.
My worst pizza experience yet. I was first unimpressed by the lack of cheese and figured they were skimping cuz of the sale they had going. Next, upon taking my first bite I wondered why the cheese was rubbery and flavorless; but after picking off some toppings I realized I was chewing severely undercooked dough. To top it off, one pizza was supposed to be thin crust while the other was ordered as a pan pizza - neither seemed like either of the crusts I ordered.
The service is relatively quick. Place your order while at the safeway check out, drop your groceries in your car and walk over to pick up your pizza. Clean store front. My only complaint is that the pizza dip and chicken wing dips need replenishment: usually they are out of sauces that i actually want
DO NOT ORDER from this Pizza Hut. The customer service is rude and non-attentive. Front clerk was half wearing a mask, not even covering her nose and much of her mouth. What's the point of a mask if not wearing it properly? When my pizza was ready, the staff threw the receipt directly into the box on top of my pizza, extremely not food safe especially during this COVID period. Plus there were hair particles stuck on the pizza! I also ordered a brownie dessert and it was raw. I had to pop it into my own oven at home to cook it the rest of the way. I attempted to contact the store and was sent on an endless loop through generic call centers who were of absolutely no help.On top of this, as I was waiting for my pizza I witnessed the front clerk and another staff member behave very rudely to a customer who wanted to update his order. They simply ignored his request rudely and told him to come back in 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. I wish I said something at the time and regret not helping out the customer through that experience.
