Was just ok. Pizza was extra crusty and light on toppings. Good thing we paid for the extra cheese.
I came in for pick up, I was there right at the time they told me to come in and pick up the pizza and the pizza was already ice cold, they did not follow instructions correctly on the pizza and the lady working was very unpleasant.
Placed a take out order and got a confirmation email that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Gave them 25 before I arrived and was told it would be another 5. Walked around the block and got back 10 minutes later to be told that they'd given my order to someone else. Was told by the 'manager", who said his name is Wayne, that they'd have a replacement order ready in 6 minutes. That took over 10 minutes and they charged me full price. Another manager, a woman whose name I did not get, offered to put a credit for the wings on my "account" for my next order. There won't be a next order.
It's a good pick up location for pizzas. They're very good at having them on time. On my last visit, they were 5-8 minutes later than the website said. Mind you it was Super Bowl Sunday so I'll give them a break.

Paid $30 for a small pizza and cinnamon pull apart a through the website which has my old address in mew Westminster. Since they’ve been using skip the dishes for delivery and they have my correct address in kitsilano. At no point did they apologize for their disorganization and inability to deliver (kind of critical) or allow a refund on what probably went in the garbage or was taken home by the manager. I had to make a second order from the kitsilano location and they botched the order with late delivery and burnt dry cinnamon pull aparts which I was promised a credit for and still haven’t gotten it. Absolutely ridiculous. Sort your stores out and what they use to deliver.
Delivery is super slow always wait over an hour and it's just up the street, don't even bother ordering any other dip than garlic butter because you will get garlic butterUpdate- I am throwing up and extremely sick after eating the pizza from here!
Would honestly give zero stars if I could. I ordered pizza online on NYE and waited over an hour. The pizza tracker said "on it's way" for 20 minutes, so I called the store. I was put on hold immediately for 15 minutes. When they finally picked up, they then told me that the pizza hadn't even left yet at all and was still going to be another 30 minutes! I get that it was a Holiday but this was the second time this exact same thing happened so I don't see how it being a Holiday/busy is an excuse.
I ordered here a couple of weeks ago and while I liked the pizza, I felt like I had the stomach flu after eating it. I figured it was just a one-time thing, but I ordered pizza and cheese sticks last night and I am extremely sick from it with the stomach flu again. I bought extra so that I would have leftovers, but that was a waste of money because I have to throw it out.
Placed an order tonight on Halloween weekend. When wait times were showing up to 2 hours, we called in to cancel the order. The manager called us right back assuring us we'd have our pizza in 45 minutes. As promised it arrived within the 45 min time frame. The pizza is hot, fresh and delicious. Amazing service and top quality pizza! Thank you!!!
