Every time I come to this location there is an issue. I placed a mobile order 10 mins prior to arriving, and when I did arrive despite no one in line or being served and 2 workers, neither of them had even started the order or were even at the front counter.
Me and my friend popped in for an after work dinner and we were left beyond disappointed. My friend had ordered a caeser salad but got a Greek salad despite being mildly allergic. We talked to the cashier and she told us “no you didn’t. you ordered a Greek salad” but like why would she order a Greek salad when she’s allergic! The cashier tried to gaslight us into thinking that my friend ordered a Greek salad. Terrible experience. They don’t take allergies serious here
Worst Opa location I have ever been too. I love Opa but this place is an absolute disgrace to the franchise. I had to wait 8 minutes before the woman even took my order. Lamb was undercooked, and there was hardly any topping in the wrap. This experience has me hesitant to go to other Opa locations. 1 star is being generous.
Went in at 7pm on a Wednesday and everything we wanted to order we were told was sold out. Maybe they should change their hours to close at 7 instead of 8 if they are gonna stop making food an hour before closing.
I am a huge fan of OPA, but I was not impressed with this particular location. Ordered lamb platter and both rice and potatoes were undercooked. Also no bags for takeout, they should offer paper bags at least.
Been going to opa for years very good food and something a bit different for fast food options.but I went there today and got the opa platter. My favorite thing is the tzatziki I asked for another sauce and they told me it would be 1.40 for each . That is way too expensive and it soured my dining I would not go back it's already expensive as is.
They close at 8. We came at 7:15 and they said they were changing their oil so we couldn’t order fries or calamari which we came for. They didn’t care. They need to change their hours if they will only provide a portion of their menu. We have been there numerous times not again. Do better. I have never seen a franchise that couldn’t operate the full menu within the hours
Ordered here twice in a row and really disappointed with the food quality. The salads are very watery, the tomato’s are literally just huge chunks you have to cut just to eat. I ordered the chicken wrap and the pita was stale. Nothing was hot it was just barely warmed through. Honestly save your money and order somewhere else.
We needed lunch catered for 28 people with very short notice and these guys saved the day. Each meal was individually packed, large portions, great value for money, on time, and so tasty!!
Just went to here and asked for a gyro with Ceasar salad to go. The lady behind the counter obviously struggled to understand me as I did her with the language barrier. I clearly repeated several times I wanted a gyro and I guess I shouldn't of trusted her and checked before I left but she gave me my salad with JUST meat. In no way shape or form is this a gyro, it's missing every key ingredient and now I'm just eating a pile of meat with a fork. She also didn't give me my receipt in the bag and I drove 15 min to get this and shouldn't have to drive back. What a waste of time and money.
