5 stars to 1 stars . This place has gone down hill post renovations. I live in the area and used to visit often but now won't. New staff are rude, incompetent, and look like they couldnt be bothered to be there. Never any Staff at registers to take orders. Super slow service wait over 10 mins for a morning coffee and the food quality has dropped. The staff is often seen goofing off and standing around rather then working. Ordered a smoothie and was given it half full when asked where the rest of it was she took it back and returned with slightly fuller cup but had huge ice chunks it in. Will go to 6th street from now on.
It is a zoo today. Long lines, wrong orders. Out of a egg and bacon meal , end up getting some random change because I was charged the incorrect amount only to find out the order was also a miss. End greeting no hash , instead of a coke got a milkshake. At least the sandwich was correct.

Clearly needed more if not better training especially with the morning hour rush. They needed to simply slow down when taking down customers’ orders so that mistakes in the orders would be minimized.I asked a sausage McMuffin “ WITHOUT THE EGG” and the crew stated “ sausage McMuffin WITH EGG”So, I had to repeat my order to her … “ no, EGG “ then both crew walked away.Second, I asked for a cranberry muffin in a separate bag HEATED UP with 2 butter.My cranberry muffin came inside ONE small bag NOT HEATED UP , COLD with my sausage McMuffin muffin.The food at McDonald’s are ok. The service can be better improved.Sadley, they are so caught up in the amount of customers they can serve that they are extremely lacking in the quality of their service.I would give them a NEGATIVE STAR rating if it was available so I guess a 1 STAR rating will do.
I have been getting my coffee there for the many years. The coffee the last month taste like watered down coffee just horrible. I always order 2 coffees one black and 1 delete cream with 2 slendas the staff at the drive thru know me and I am really disappointed in the coffee what have they changed less coffee more water.

At 11:15am.What is the point of operating if you choose to have *nothing* ready for a customer to buy?3 stars because I don’t get sick.Owner/manager ostensibly has told the crew “have literally nothing ready, then make it to order, then wander around the parking lot because I don’t want a numbering system for this”Very unimpressive, and I don’t think Ray Kroc envisioned this.
I ordered a Sausage McMuffin meal and got a Chicken McGriddle with cheese and a Bacon&Egg Bagel, no idea whose orders were those, but I am liking the idea of this new swapping order service McDonald's is offering. Definitely going for it again!
Been trying different mcdonalds lately, haven't had a single location get the order correct in a while. This one was no different.
Went today (Sunday) for lunch just because my daughter wanted Happy Meal's gift and inside there was an old gift, I asked to staff and they just told me wasn't available, had also problem with Self-checkout POS and nothing...nobody helped us. Staff is there just to give you food, no apologizes, no smile, no kindness!One of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited.
Just called the McDonald’s about our order being wrong when my son went through the drive thru. The manager told me I should have my friend call in and why am I calling. When I asked why would I get my friend to call. She’s like tell me what’s wrong. I asked to speak to the manager she said I am the manager. Because of her rude tone I said I want to talk to someone above her. She hung up. The order was from April 22/22 at 11:00pm. Night manager must be a kid and is rude. 10 minute wait for food… wrong order etc … I guess I will contact corporate.
A typical average Mcdonald's. The renovations make it nice and it looks more like a cafe upstairs that's pretty cozy. Food was typical mcdonald's food. A new discovery is to order a double filet o fish and put a packet of honey in the middle for a sweet and savory delight. You have to ask for condiments like ketchup here cuz they are not self serve sadly.
