We tried their ice cream today because I wanted to redeem my birthday coupon for a single scoop cone. We have never been there before and didn't know the process and that's what I told him. I told him I was redeeming my birthday cone. So, he asked for my ID and checked it against today's date. He asked if I wanted cone or cup. I said cone and I picked pistachio ice cream. He weighed the ice cream. Then he asked if I wanted toppings. I assumed toppings were included as I didn't see any signage on additional topping charges. I picked my toppings and he mixed them in to the ice cream and pit the scoop into the cone. If you have ever received the free birthday cone email from Marble Slab, the scoop is not that big! The scoop basically fits in the cone opening. My kids had single scoops in small cups. These were $6.99 each...definitely will not be going back for this price. The ice cream wasn't spectacular either. The guy was rude, not friendly for an ice cream establishment! Would rather pay that price for a large frozen yogurt somewhere else and service with a smile!
Ice cream tasted delicious. We walked in and it wasn’t busy just before 5PM. Fast service. Only concern is how they take precaution to ensuring the equipment doesn’t cross contaminate for allergy concerns.
Quality and customer service has gone down. People need to be trained for making the ice creams

Really bad service!! Came while it was still open but the lady didn’t want to sell anything as she had to close early! I witnessed how other 3 clients walked out because no service!!!
Good Ice cream
Wide variety of flavors, amazing taste and even tastier cones. They have an original way of preparing the ice cream with all the toppings they have available.
Lucky for them... I can't rate them ZERO.- unhelpful and rude staff- ice cream is below average- overly priced- won't go back even for a free ice cream.
