Their Jja jang myeon is so delicious, I was pleasantly surprised. I went a few days later to try their Jjampong and that was really good too! Will be visiting more often :)
There's a great selection of Korean-style Chinese dishes rare to find around here, with generous portions. My wife and I got Combo A and we both liked everything. You can still get a variety of sushi dishes, but there's no shortage of other options. I'll be back!
Close to skytrain, nice interior, delicious food, friendly staff. I ate Korean style jajang noodle including pork and it was delicious. I recommend here.
I've been so excited for their reopening including Korean-Chinese cuisines and waited for about 2 weeks. Finally, I visited on their reopening day and ordered combo A(a fried pork with sweet sauce, jajangmen, and jjampong). The fried pork with sweet sauce was crispy and the pork is thick enough and generous portion. And the jajang myeon and champong myeon were good too. It will be my go-to restaurant for sure. I'll definitely recommend it!! FYI. I couldn't take photos in the beginning as I was so hungry. The portion was probably more than double in the photo lol.
This place is amazing! The food is incredible, I am addicted and order at least once a week (haha). The staff here make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in which is rare to find. Every time I’ve gone I’ve left with a smile just from the friendly interaction I have with the staff. Customer service goes a long way with me and to have delicious food paired along; you can’t beat it! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality Japanese food and easy to get to as it is attached to the New West sky train station. Do yourself a favour and check them out!!
Love it! Had maki tray. Great value. Served on a lazy Susan. We have been back and will come again.
This Izakaya spot offers an extensive menu and friendly service. The sashimi we ordered tasted fresh and came with a lot of radish and ginger. The Bento boxes included reasonable portions of a good variety of dishes. Their skewers were okay. The desserts were great - we had peanut butter and chocolate chip ice cream and Japanese pancakes and enjoyed them both. The decor is nice as well.
Food was great, my wife usually doesn't eat sushi but she like the ones I ordered here and the bento box was also amazing. Great food and good service.
2 Vegetarians had dinner tonight at this spot (first time too) and we had an excellent experience. The server was super sweet and we appreciated how she came back multiple times to refill our teas. It’s a cute restaurant inside playing Christmas music so it’s a cozy spot for sure.We kept it simple with an avocado roll that was delicious & gomae along with another noodle type dish that I can’t remember the name of. We will definitely come back.
Very disappointed. I live in the neighbourhood and I have been here once a few months ago. This time was the last.Called for pick up order and was told it would be ready in 15min. I showed up 20 min later and still waited 10 min. Also the price online I was told was incorrect because they recently raised prices.Instead of $40 I paid $51.They never confirmed the total amount on the phone. (You would think that they would notify you about the recent price increase while placing your order and speaking with them…)The fried chicken is horrible. The sauce they use taste like burnt sugar and makes your teeth incredibly sticky.Horrible experience.
