wont be coming back until they change the way the pay their servers. Servers are forced to tip-out. so if a table doesnt tip, a server has to pay out of pocket themselves to the back of house.
Well the service started off ok. Sit you down, espress interest and seem helpful. Food took a while to come out, I must say it wasn't the best tasting food. The wings were huge, however they werent "hot" meaning the flavour was a bit lacking. Ordered fajitas and I've made better ones at home. The chicken wasn't really cooked properly and the rest was runny. Also not much chicken in the order mostly green peppers and onions. Wife's pasta also running and lacked flavor. Kids food was good. Service is good when you walk in and when it's time to pay. In the middle, meh.Would I recommend? Maybe not to someone I like lol. It was Mediocre - food is just not worth what you pay.

used to be Keg Steak House, 1st time try after changed to the current establishment. soup was very salty, double drink was watering down, dry ribs.. well, it was indeed extremely dry inside out and tough to chew. food and beverage, all bad! only thing allright was our server, although her service wasn't really up to par, at least she was very friendly and cheerful, so we still tipped her 20%
Had calamari, fish and chips, chicken burger, and steak sandwich. The fish and chips was quite nice. The waiters were very friendly. The steak sandwich was bad, calamari and chicken burger were okay.
Great ambience and spacious seating arrangements. Awesome wait staff.Limited parking and TVs.Limited choices of food.Awesome pachos.Also great sandwiches and burgers.They’re right next to the New West Boardwalk along the river so that’s something to do after dinner when on a date night.
Average food quality and super watered down cocktails though there’s a big list of drinks offered. The front desk staff was a bit rude when asked for patio seating, was offered a table shoulder to shoulder while there’s already some guests sitting on either side. When asked to change the table, the staff was rude saying okay wait for few more minutes then. The patio had most of the tables empty but made us wait for over 15min while we were told that she would seat us in 5min on Saturday evening. Not great happy hour menu, The chicken flatbread was all cheese and flavor less chicken. The pachos were okay! The place seemed to be busy as it’s quite next to new west station. Definitely disappointed with the staff there and would not be going back.
Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Food was tasty and arrived quickly (it wasn't very busy when we were there...) it just felt like it needed a good deep clean (a quartet of fruit flies hung out on the wall by our table the whole time we were there...) but otherwise a good place overall and really you gotta get the pachos!!
Actually so good. The food was amazing and fully worth the price considering the flavor. The staff was really friendly and genuine, eager to recommend something or be able to roll with things. The decor and theming was fantastic as well to cap everything off. Will be going again.
Usually service is not to bad but tonight it was not the greatest. seems every time we get a male waiter the service is not very good and if we get a female waitress the service is alot better. Not sure if we will be back, unless we get a female waitress.
