They're so awesome, they have a lot of amazing teas and the lady working the till, can't remember her name, was super kind and gave a lot of great suggestions for tea to try.The peach apricot tea they had makes an excellent iced tea, steep 2 teabags (4-6 spoons of loose tea) in a large pitchar for 6 hours and it's super flavorful and refreshing and doesn't need sugar. If you steep to long it could get a bitterness but don't worry, a teaspoon of sugar in the cup completely nullifies it. It's also good served with sugar if you want a sweet tea!
Really friendly and helpful staff that give great recommendations. Tried a few of their teas and their genmeicha is definitely one of my favourites. All their teas are amazing.
I found this place a few years ago and, even though it's not that close to me, I still buy most of my tea there. The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of teas that are not available is most big box stores.

The best tea shop in the lowermainland. They put the Tea in Quality! Highly recomend their Double Cream Earl Grey, and their Chai. Two staples at my house. What a beautiful shop!
Wonderfully helpful staff, great selection of teas. They also prepare drinks in-store if you wanted a cup of tea. The tea leaves are beautifully packaged and smell amazing.
Great prices, helpful staff and quality product. The kambaa black tea from Kenya is my favorite, but I've never been disappointed with any blends or traditional teas I've tried from them! I'm always excited to see what new seasonals they may come out with too. Highly recommend for all your loose leaf tea needs!
My favorite tea shop in the entire lower mainland. Fantastic quality for reasonable price. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. My favorite is the double cream earl grey -- absolutely ethereal. Who knew tea could bring so much joy!

Ever since places like David's Tea and Teavana closed their stores, it's been a challenge finding a place that offers unique teas. This place is great and the service is exceptional. I just wish they could open earlier during the day so I could get a tea on my way to work in the mornings.
