Wanted to try their cauliflower crust…it was horrible, the crust felt and tasted raw. I was also shocked that they use can mushrooms instead of fresh, very disappointed.When I called the store to share my experience, the female staff told me she just personally made it and it’s a new recipe. I told her it tasted raw and we were not happy. She didn’t even apologize. Horrible customer service.
I used the official website to order ahead and went there at the time I indicated to pick up. I thought I did not need to wait much time and could just pick up and go right away. But they obviously ignored my pre-order. I needed to wait there for 20 mins and watch them to make my 2 large pizzas. Not a good experience. If you want to pre-order, try to phone them directly instead of going through the website. The only good thing was that the pizzas were hot and fresh.
Came in for a quick bite. Food was good and staff were polite. Altogether a hassle free experience with no complaints. That’s worth a 5 star from me these days
A great place to stop by for 2-3 slices of pizza quickly. One time I ordered pickup and they overcooked the pizza too much and still gave me it, so I won't give 5 stars. However overall I recommend
I had a delicious pizza lunch this afternoon at this location of Freshslice pizza. After I had finished, I stood up and twisted my foot which resulted in my knee hurting, to the point where I couldn't stand on it. The two young ladies that were working there, were very understanding and accommodating to me. Had they not been, I would have had to crawl out of there because I couldn't stand.I waited for about 3 and 1/2 hours to finish work for my daughter to come pick me up. She would have come sooner but I thought the pain would subside, so I told her to wait. I want to thank both young ladies for their help understanding and patience. Most of all I would like to thank Harpreet, for asking a simple thing if I would like a drink of water.To the owner of this location please give these two young ladies a special thank you, especially Harpreet!
BEWARE: THE FRESH SLICE WEBSITE ONLINE ORDER DOES NOT WORK. THIS STORE TOOK MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY GOT THE WRONG ORDER. I DONT CARE MY MONEY, I JUST WANTED THE PAN PIZZA THAT I ORDERED. BUT VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO GOODBYE FRESH SLICE PIZZA. IM ALSO GOING TO POST IN SOCIAL MEDIA HOW THE WEBSITE MADE A MISTAKE...SO DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE BECAUSE THE FRESH SLICE PIZZA STORE CAMNOT MAKE IT RIGHT. NOT GOING TO ORDER ANY FROM THEIR FRANCHISE. So tonight I ordered online for 4 medium pan pizzas. I went to store. Paid $42 for the whole pizzas. When they gave to me the pizzas, it was thin slice pizzas. I told them that's not my order. But the store will not change the pizza and will not refund my money. And they told me that I did not properly clicked the pan pizza instead of thin slice pizza. So I went home, took a video how I ordered online the pan pizza. But then the online system had a problem of changing it to thin pizza that I did not know about. The store will not refund my money nor just make 4 pan pizzas that I ordered. They said they already made the thin pizzas and took my money. I'm not sure why they just cannot make a new pan pizza and properly deliver the pizza that I ordered and paid for. So this is my first time with fresh sliced pizza. Not going to order it because they robbed my money. No customer service! They should have just made the pizza right. 4 Disappointed adults and not going to order anymore here.
No options; not replenishing the pizza which is surprising for a Saturday afternoon. Asked if I wanted it heated, I did, it was still served cold after being ran through the oven. The pizza display door is not being closed either so flies and whatever else can get in there. I'm assuming this acts as a warmer, which would explain why customers are getting their pizzas served cold (as mentioned in multiple other negative reviews). Not cleaning off the dine-in tables either.
I have gone there twice and never again. Both time got cold pizza that fell apart when I picked it up. I normally love fresh slice but this place hurts the name would highly not recommend this place.
This location closes at 11PM and we walked in to make an order for a pizza at 1035 and the lady at the front counter told us that because they're closing soon, she can only serve us the pizza by the slice that's already made lol. We're going to a different location now and they also close at 11PM and we called them to see if they're okay with us making an order and they are LOL
Usually its great service but today the service sucked. Last two times they made fresh slices when they weren’t available but this time there was a server named Harpreet who insisted I have to buy a medium pizza if I wanted the butter chicken slices. She was still nice enough to ask the person making the pizza if she can make it but the person said no. Then she told me that the 8 slice combo was just a combo and didnt come with a drink even though the TV showed it came with a drink. The service this time was rubbish, the other people who worked here last time were so much better.
