This is the second time in 2 weeks i have come to see an empty pizza display.Today, I went to pizza garden downstairs instead.You will go out of business if you are a pizza shop that doesnt sell pizza.I give 3 stars because usually, the customer service here is A+.Get that pie in the display! its better than pizza garden!
Not as good as they used to be. Pizza is greasy and doey. At least its quite warm. Its also loud because of the fan they have.
I went to the one right at the new westminster skytrain station today. There is the worse customer service pizza place i ever go.The girl cashier at the front was very rude. My kids love fresh slice pizza but we won't come back there again.
Ilarge pizza and didnt expect that the crust is so thin but i paid a regular price. The staff wasnt helpful at all. Rushing but it wasnt busy. I would like to add more order but because of the staff i didnt bother. I paid $27 for 1 pizza ang 8pcs. Wengs. He didnt even bother to give my receipt.
Fresh is right in the name of the place but the pizza is anything but fresh. I've went in just as they opened and they still had to reheat the pizza.On the other hand they do have a good selection most times and their butter chicken pizza is pretty good. This is actually the only place I will eat butter chicken pizza cause I'm usually not a fan.The staff is efficient and nice.
Tonight around 530 pm I made my order, they said 20 min no big deal, I went to the store first showed up 25- 30 min after to Puck up. The lady at the counter was confused as my ticket wasn't hanging they asked me for my number a few times then realized she had forgotten the order beside the phone. No big deal I waited around 640 pm I got my pizza I asked her if she forgot it and I was met with her large attitude and confrontation usually a good spot but today the service just was not there.
Great pizza. Great service. The girl that was working cashier was really nice. Seems like she enjoys working there. Which is great! Unlike most freshslices, this one actually makes sure the pizza is really hot, which is great if you have to walk or drive a certain distance to get back to your home. I definitely recommend coming down here to grab some quick pizza. :)
They wear mask but their nose and mouth aren't covered, and talk to you without mask...And always forget to put mushroom as a topping when I ask for it.
avoid this place,1) Lady serving me wasn’t even wearing a mask2) When handling my pizza she legit touched the pizza with her bare hands in front of my eyes
I have yet to be disappointed when visiting or ordering take out from here. Service is good, staff is friendly, and the place is clean and well kept. Top notch for a budget friendly pizza place. My go to place for pizza in DT New West.
