One person working doing cash and preparing orders? (Kept same gloves on during all of it) Waiting 10 minutes for an order because the one person has no one to help. Figure out your staffing not fair to your employee or customers
Long hair is included in the bowl!! 2nd time this happened. You people charge to much for this food and yet you prepared it like that. Hopefully you do better. I have video recorder as it’s more visible.
Freshii is one of my favorites places to eat.But my experience in this location was not the best.The lady at the front desk was very polite, but the order was all wrong. My wife ordered a wrap and they gave her a bowl. And for me, the assembly of the bowl was terrible, clearly made in a rush although the place was not busy at all. Definitely not the franchise standard. Huge junks of onions and tomatoes, lack of ingredients as corn, cheese and sauce, and the portion was definitely smaller than I'm used to. I paid for extra black beans and there was even less than the normal amount.
I got the Mediterranean burrito which tasted like Greek salad wrap. Dry, I threw away half, it was too tangy, not savoury. I also got a green smoothie which tasted too much like kale. Will not go back.
I love Freshi but every time we go to this location the quality gets worse and worse...
I have been a big fan of Freshii for so long. And I have been ordering the Oaxaca bowl for ages. Last time I went the portion was a little bit small, and today when I went the portion was like half of the size. Unfortunately I won’t be going there very much anymore if this remains the case!
Couldn’t order anything because they closed the store before 8 o’clock. I’m very disappointed as the sign says they close at 8pm and NOT 7:45pm or 7:50pm or 7:55pm!!!
Was my go to healthy food stall when I worked in the area. Friendly staff!
Not a fan. Tried a few times and for the price it's just very average. My last attempt was a salad loaded with rock hard unripe avocado for example. During time of such limited means of eating out one would think the take would be beyond top notch vs super average and sloppy and not ideal ingredients. I wont return. There is better healthier options out there
I've been ordering from these guys for over a year. The food is usually good, but sometimes their vegetables are bit on the old side, not terrible, but clearly not that fresh. Generally, i'd overlook this, but with a name like freshii and their main dishes being a form of salad, they really need this to be top notch.
