Better watch out for this place. They work with cops to bust you in case you are drinking and driving. My friend and I were having drinks at Frankie G's until they announced last call. We ordered our last drinks and finished it 20 mins before they closed. The bartender didn't seem happy that we stayed that late. Anyway, we paid for our bill and left. We finished our cigarettes in the parking lot and left. Out of nowhere, a New West Police Officer pulled up behind me. I knew I didn't have much to drink, I blew under 0.05. The officer told me the bartender notified him that we had a lot of drinks before we left the establishment. After that experience I never went back. Watch out for that moody bartender. Great place to have drinks and food, but that bartender ruined it for me.
I loved Frankie Gs! Used to come 1-2 times a week in the past. Now its down to 1-2 times month. Food is good - service is poor.On my last visit, the server spent almost 10 minutes chatting with the table behind us about random stuff while we sat with empty plates and empty drinking glasses. I sure could have used my water toped up.If the server was even a little bit more attentive, we would have ordered more food and I would have had my second beer. Instead, the vibes were killed. I paid and we left.
Nice looking place, staff was nice.I had the chicken sandwich "special".17 dollars is not a special, and for what I got, it should have been around 8 dollars.Super skinny, tiny piece of chicken, iceberg lettuce and a few thin slices of tomato. That's a weak sandwich. Place is expensive and sandwiches are chintzy. Plus they only serve 14 oz beers, at full price.Friend had the nachos, which were a good size.
Went here with my fiancé last night and we were so happy we discovered this gem! The server was very friendly and the food was super fresh and flavourful. Also loved the cabin feeling! Overall a great experience, we will definitely be back!! If you haven’t tried this place please do, the food was worth every penny! Also, if you like trivia, there was a trivia night happening when we went in yesterday!!
The food was really good and exceptional service. The pineapple tequila wings could have used more sauce but our server was kind enough to bring over more when we mentioned it to him. Great place to watch a game or UFC fight.

It was our first time visiting the neighbourhood bar and eatery. What a beautiful hidden gem. Had a fantastic experience. Our server Nick was professional and overall pleasant. The food, drinks and service were good too. Will be going back most certainly. I wish they were more adequately staffed for Saturday evening though, the wait times were on the higher side with just 1 server, but we had a lovely experience regardless.
I am always satisfied with whatever I order at Frankie G's pub. Their menu isn't too overwhelming with options and you anything you decide to order is fantastic. I highly recommend their burger, it is one of my favorite burgers I've had. Again, I appreciate their menu is not overwhelming with decisions and I have been happy with anything I've ordered. My boyfriend had their reuben sandwich and was very pleased, saying he's had his fair share of reubens.Great atmosphere, very chill place to visit in the week. Friendly staff :)
Love this place.People need to know about it. Great food. Great service.Short on staff, but so is everywhere. Be nice to your servers.It too bad it's in Queensborough, so not really near much, but good enough that we go often. They have a shuttle that will pick you up AND drive you home!Wish the did live music. Good bands. Maybe some good Blues (I might have a lead on o e... lol.)Seriously, though check this place out.
It was our first time visiting Frankie G’s and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a great dinner! We tried the Chicken Piccata, Beef Dip and Prime Rib Yorkies - everything was delicious. The S’Mores (pictured) were awesome too! We’ll definitely be going back.
