Staff here are on the ball ! ....I have went in a few times recently and find the staff friendly and attentive in serving ! Keep up the great service , it doesn't go unnoticed ! :)
Great blizzard, great service, have been coming to this location for about 20 years and never have been disappointed. Ice cream cakes, blizzards and sundaes are all fantastic. Service with a smile, quick and easy. Nothing I can complain about.
It's fast food. Don't usually review fast food as 99% of the time it's reasonable to expect bad service and low quality. Picking up a poutine which is okay here by fast food standards, exceptional wait. Unreasonable.So they upgraded it by a size.These little things are so simple and mean a lot. It's not about getting something, it's about acknowledging that the servive is poor

Great service! They were organized and the lady helped me and my sister kindly pick out a cake. The writing on the cake was really pretty too!
They didn’t send the salad dressing and when I called they said oh sorry come and pick it up. If I could have picked it up I would not have used door dash. Person on phone was not helpful. So I have salad and no dressing. Will not order from this Dairy Queen again. Door dash wasn’t helpful either just gave a $2.69 refund. Not good
I'm disappointed with the DQ in New Westminster. I ordered a burger with fries and both were soaked in oil and with a huge amount of salt. After two bites I tossed them out. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.
Ordered 3 chocolate dipped cones. Fantastic ice cream as always but the prices sure have risen in the last little while
Went in for 2 x 1 litre containers of soft serve ice cream and was given 2 large Blizzard glasses with soft serve instead. When asked, the clerk said that each glass is .9 of a litre so it is close enough. When I pointed out that they are only .61 of a litre, she and another staff member said that they were out of 1 litre containers and that their corporate office told them to use a large Blizzard glass instead. So I paid for 2 litres and they gave me only 1.2 litres - almost half what I paid for. Nice. Last time I was here there was almost NO Ice cream in my banana split. I won't be going back to this location. Sad and disappointing.
Food was excellent but they are extremely busy with all the takeout orders being picked up by these delivery companies. I waited 15 to 20 minutes before I could put my order in. Eventually the food order was given. The food was tasty and I enjoyed it regardless of the wait. The staff were super friendly but extremely worked off their feet.
