Fabulous drinks, but the real star of the show is the incredible service. I was served by two young men on my last visit and they were extremely helpful, offering plenty of guidance for a bubble tea noob like me! They did an excellent job explaining the differences between the different flavors and drink types and I learned a lot! I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Service here is definitely a problem, quality of drinks is what you expect from chatime.Employees were both messing around when I came in, both young men were using their phones. When taking my order he was quiet and couldn't talk over the loud music they were blasting.This store does not reflect Chatime's brand image, and as a chain store, maybe requires some better training or new ownership.
The place looks nice. Their bubble tea packaging is great. Plus, the lady who took my order is very nice, caring and accomodating!
I just visited here in New West. Like others have said, they have a large selection of drinks and, being rather new to bubble tea, I wanted some guidance/recommendations. The two young men there were not very helpful at all and rather short with me and when I asked what the hand crafted taro was like he didn’t explain the drink at all. I told him I just wanted regular bubble tea that was slushy and so he said that it was the smoothie. So I ordered a taro and a mango and reiterated that I wanted them to both be slushy. He said the taro one wasn’t “as thick” as the mango, so I said that’s fine. When I got the drinks, the taro was clearly not slushy at all and just a liquid which wasn’t what I asked for. I debated going back inside but decided to anyways and when I told him (very politely) that there must’ve been a miscommunication and I wanted a slushy one he just stared at me blankly and didn’t say anything and then the other guy piped in “that’s not what you ordered. They were clearly annoyed with me and did not try to hide it. They were rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I was very unimpressed and did not feel welcome at all. I like the drinks but this experience did not make me want to go back.
I wish I could give negative rating. I placed my first order at 2:15 on their website which got cancelled for no apparent reason(two employees I talked to didn't have an answer to why it was cancelled and I wasn't notified). Then I placed an order again which was supposed to be delivered at 3:40. Its 4:15 and I still am waiting for my order. Two more people I talked to on phone( one of them was a manager) said they don't know why its late and they cannot do anything about it.Update: Finally got my order at 4:25 with warm drinks where it should have been iced.
Me and friends went there last Tuesday for the bubble tea.The bubble tea was taste fine but we had a very terrible experience from young lady who made bubble tea for us.I think she is unenthusiastic and inexperienced in customer service. i dont think i will go there next time.
Good tea, I got bad service and surly attitude form a young girl. There is the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered in any Chatime. Sept. 28, 6 PM. I’ll never go to this CHATIME again.

I've ordered from ubereats. I would please like to ask for the store to remove an item from the menu if it's unavailable or irreplaceable at all times. The employee called me and asked me to cancel my order and reorder because they don't have this item so I did what I was asked to do. Now I'm charged anyways for cancelling the order because of their own fault.
