We like to grab a whopper cheese, onion rings with spicy dip and hit a park in beach for some quiet hour. This one was in New West then we went to the Fraser river. Food was fresh and hot. Service friendly and fast.
After being rushed by the person working the drive threw. We Did not get what we ordered. Had to pay twice. And the chicken smelled funny.we were told the cheese burgers don’t come with mustard. By the person working. Disappointed
If I could give negative star I would, to start the rudeness from the employee in drive thru was absolutely unacceptable, if you don't like job get new one. Secondly my husband is allergic to mayo and told them absolutely none on his burger confirmed that three times with her. To get home realize they sure did put mayo on his food. We got poutine as well fries we're undercooked and the new containers they are using were mangled in our bag. We will never go back to this location. Get better staff. Thank God we checked otherwise I would been taking my husband to the hospital so thank you for that.
I enjoy coming here quite often, lol maybe to often, but anyways the food is good the staff are friendly, I can only recall one time when I was spoken to rudely .All in all for a fast food restaurant ,two thbs up. I love their strawberry milk shakes
It's a common Burger King store. There's nothing special. But the bread comes out a little bit burnt.
Whenever I eat out, I always try to eat at Bk in whichever city I'm in. Your Impossible Whoppers are amazing. I love eating them. They taste like real meat. It's God's gift for vegetarians through Bk. Thx.
It's usually a good experience here. Food is decent, service is alright. Nothing spectacular, even for fast food expectations.
Haven't been to this location in over 10 years because last time I was there and ordered a whopper the burger patty was cold and bun wasn't fresh. Since it was on my way, I decided to give it another shot, hoping after 10 years maybe it improved. Ordered a whopper meal again and... fries had a stale oil taste and bitter after taste, probably because they don't change the oil often enough. The whopper patty, just like last time, was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. The bun was dry and had the texture and taste of bread that's at leas 3 - 4 days old.If I could I would give this location negative stars I would. Some things never change. Id rather drive 30 mins to the next BK than ever go back to this one again.
My burger meat was COLD but tomato and pickle HOT! Staff tried convincing me it was cooked on a grill even though NO GRILL IN SIGHT NOR SMELL OF COOKING BURGERS. Then she tried accusing another team member of POSSIBLY microwaving it. ???. Embarrassing
Burger king is what it is but this location in particular is by far the WORSE.Customer service and food quality are not even fit for a prison cafeteria. This location should be immediately shut down.There is no way any of the four and five star reviews here are real.
