The 2 for $8 deal is quite attractive; I can buy two Whoppers and an ice-cream cone for less than ten dollars. The Whoppers are juicy and taste good as usual; just the waiting time is a little bit longer, although there were already three staff working in the kitchen
Decent food and not busy around noon but it was really hot inside with no sir conditioning possible
My first and second orders to go I was so disappointed by the service, that was a “shorter” Indian lady, she was not in mood to service, put attitude on customers even not give me any sauce for my chicken nugs and fresh fried. But when I came over again that was a taller Indian lady service me, she is very polite and kind, I come back here again and again because her and I decided giving 5 stars for her? thank you for your great service!
Service at this location is way too slow!! Most of the staff spend more time talking to each other than preparing the orders!!
Deals posted outside were not honored at the till. Staff did not communicate clearly and she did not change her gloves between working the till and handling food. Signs put up all over the place by management were full of spelling errors and looked super tacky, just gave the place a weird vibe. Took almost 10 minutes for a one item order. Possibly because they were understaffed? But the staff the staff who were working were super slow.I know firsthand how hard it is working in customer service so I sympathize, but this place was sorely lacking.I've also noticed in the past that they close unexpectedly. 3 times I've gone and they were closed, even though their hours on google said otherwise.
Order was done online. Person had told my son there was no order placed. Not happy about this as the online ordering was still valid and not given.
Went in to pick a mobile app order at 1.20pm on nov 23rd Tuesday...Cheese was missing from my sandwich. Also gave me a hard tine giving ketchups and hot sauce.. said "its free when u order at the restaurant but on online orders we charge for ketchup" most ridiculous thing ive heard
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!Ordered lunch today via the BK website. Order was confirmed and got my receipt via email. Arrived to this location and cashier said they didn't receive any such orders!When I asked her to check, she showed me that they usually get a printed bill at the mobile pickup counter and there was no "order 30." I said my credit card was charged so if she could check again in case I was too early; she just rudely turned around to ignore me.I was charged for something I didn’t receive and had to ask my credit card company to stop payment. I messaged BK tech support online and they said would refund my purchase in 3-5 days. Will update this to let you know if that's happened. At least tech support was nice!Update: tech support returned my money so it’s good. However I’m not ordering online again
NEVER GO HERE. 2 reasons:1) The employees never wear face masks even though there’s a poster saying they will.2) This one was absolutely ridiculous. There was no one behind me and i was the only person in line. i only took thirty seconds to order and was unsure what else to order when all it’s sudden the worker tells me to SPEED UP. I was so in shocked. the employees need to seriously have respect cause that was so disrespectful.
The employees were nice and service was fast.But I totally do not feel comfortable when no employees were wearing a mask. They were handling my food! They were talking while making my icecream and burger ? in front of them☹️.Even fully vaccinated people can get covid. You won't die, but it could still give you a life lasting effect - eg. Weakened memory! In fact they can still be a super carrier of viruses ...affecting those who are not vaccinated or fully vaccinated. * Could be very harmful if contacted a variant virus.
