An okay burger spot could use some improvements on how they cook their burgers. Its around 20ish dollars for a burger with fries and they let the burger cook a bit on a one side and smash it to help it cook faster. Not only does that let all the juices run out of the burger it leaves a harsh grill mark (which isnt crispy and leaves the final product a bit greasy/messy) you either need to smash the burger as soon as it makes contact with the griddle or you have to just let it cook and flip it. The burgers are overstuffed and a mouthful to eat which is why they thought maybe you needed to squish the burger? However it leads to an inferior product. Fries are shapped as wedges and needs to be cooked a lot longer to get crispy both the yams and the regular fries where undercooked. Also the poutine was terrible as it was shapped in wedges which are already hard to get crispy and the gravy and cheese made it a mushy mess unfortunately.Overall the one server at the place gave amazing service which was the big saving grace, food could use just a little improvement to make it top notch, and the inside feel for the store made it seem like a nice local comfy place + new menus that aren't crossed out (outside needed a new fresh paint job and some minor coloration improvements.)All in all not the worst place to get a meal but nothing overly impressive wouldn't come back unless I lived in the area and tried everywhere else.
The burgers were awesome. Not dry and very juicy. Lots of choices. Ask about the feature burger, look at the board at the entrance. It's usually good with 2 sides.However, at the time I was here, there was only one server taking care of 15+ tables. We waited for 30 minutes for a patio table. There were empty tables available, but the server just did not have time to clean them up. When we were paying our bill, we went inside and found most tables were left with dirty dishes. The only server had no time to do any clean up. The server was good and attentive. We have no complaints. Lack of servers was the problem. It was a long weekend Sunday night. Restaurant should expect peoples. Maybe just that night with someone called sick. I don't know. I still recommend, maybe at less busy time. It was expensive though, with respect to the restaurant settings and service.

Finally made it to Burger Heaven... I've been driving right past it every day for over a year and a half. My only regret is only having room for ONE burger! Delicious burger with fresh toppings and enough potato wedges to cure ANY appetite. It is quite possibly the most delicious burger that I have ever eaten!!! I will be back!!!
Great burger wide variety of toppings to please anyone. Meat had good flavour and awesome toppings. Wedges could be crispier but that’s my personal preference.Only gave it 4 stars cause the price is abit high
This place has amazing food & service!!! The staff is always so helpful. My friend didn't have his vaccination card, so we were unable to eat inside. So we ordered take out & it was ready within 15 minutes. I'm a healthy eater, so I say if I'm gonna cheat on my diet, it better be worth it. These guys are definitely worth it!!!
This place is a New West icon. Great burgers, unlimited fries, fantastic milkshakes, and friendly staff. Plus it's been around forever so it feels like you're visiting a piece of history.Well worth a visit on a "cheat day". And since you're there I'd recommend their milkshakes too.
Good taste and service is not bad. Most days the burger special is a safe choice!The only 2 downsides are the price which is a little bit higher than the quality of the food and that the place could benefit from a renovation.
Definately a cool experience if you're looking for something unique. The burgers are good and the serving sizes are large. The service was also very friendly when we went.
