Worst customer service! And the bubble tea tasted sour with barely any pearls in it !! Expensive! And wouldn’t except credit card??? also I asked for plastic utensils and she said you have to place an order first or you have to pay for it. I mean this is ridiculous. Do yourself a favour find some other place as there are soo many better options around!
Didn't expect from side look. Classic inside. Amazing taste for Asian. Staffs are friendly and warmly. Price is also fair. Will come again definitely.
My wife and I frequently visit Bubble world and enjoy lots they have to offer.Specifically today I dropped in as my wife had our newest child last night and was CRAVING their Hot Tofu Dessert Bubble tea.I mentioned it to the friendly staff and they only charged me for my order and comp'ed my wife's for her in the hospital.Great food, great people and that was something special and extra!Big thank you, we will always continue to return and refer others!
I just had a bubble tea from this place and it was really good. They don’t take credit card so that’s a little inconvenient. Also, they charge extra if you want brown sugar pearls instead of normal ones which I haven’t seen elsewhere.
Great customer service and consistently good food Environmentally conscious take out containers but we still prefer to dine in. I wish the bubble tea cups/straws in bubble tea industry were not plastic or biodegradable substitues.Hot pan chicken/kimchi hot pot/spicy beef noodle soup/ beef wrap are our usualy go to.One half of the restuarant tends to be quite loud due to the bubble tea making.
Really good food plus really great service! I would give it a rating of 5 stars but parking is kinda tough to find during certain times of the day. But really it is only minor irritation ? Would definitely recommend!
I love this place. The food is great! The service here is great!! It's just that hard to find parking... but i still go there cuz the service is great!
My daughter and I love this place. Small portions so great for share foods or snack foods. We go here regularly for mother daughter nights. A variety of foods and bubble tea. It’s our favorite place. Just wish there was parking that wasn’t pay parking :(
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI brought my sister to the new Westminster location and as we entered the store my sister was feeling dizzy and passed out. I set my sister on the chair trying to help her and see what’s wrong. As I’m trying to help my UNCONSCIOUS sister the hostess only cared weather we were gonna dine in or take out. This was absolutely disgusting. My sister is not responsive passed out on the chair and this disgusting excuse for a human being asked if we wanted to order take out. I could not believe what I just heard in that moment. I honestly cannot believe the audacity she had to say that to me. My sisters life was at risk and all this middle aged Asian women had to say was you can order take out instead. Absolutely offended and disgusted from that experience. Will never go to bubble world again!
Great service! Follow covid safety protocol. Food never disappoints! We always come here because it's the biggest one and the only ones that can accommodate our group of friends
