Took advantage of their Pasta Tuesday special for $13.99, which was savings of $6 or so off the regular price. Their Smoked Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli was tasty, and a good portion for lunch. It was a different taste than what I'm used to with the cheese/pepper flavour combination. Also had their Chocolate Brownie Addiction for dessert, which was decadent and hit the spot for chocolate lovers. You can't really go wrong with brownies, caramel and vanilla ice cream!
The Staff are warm and welcoming....the atmosphere is friendly, tables are clean, food is scrumptious ? Lots of parking no matter when you come. Great location
I visited Boston Pizza on Sunday May 29th.Great service. Food excellent. One thing, i ordered a coffee. It was instant coffee and cost $ 3.69 plus tax. Please invest in a Keurig single cup so we can have a decent cup of coffee.
Boston Pizza has always been a great experience for me. But this was my first time at this location. I don't know if they are really under staffed, but me and my partner and only two other tables were there. Every single table was covered in food, and stayed that way the entire meal. The cactus chips were soggy. The pasta dishes were good though. The service was extremely slow. We waiting at least 15mins before even being served water, and had to search for someone to give us the bill, honestly we could have walked right out and nobody would have noticed. The waiter was nice though, so that kind of made up for it.
This used to be our go-to place once a week for years, but, sadly, it just keeps getting more disappointing. Brown lettuce in salads, simply not fresh ingredients, and mistakes in pick up orders. The staff are always great - friendly and helpful to make things right, but it’s not enough to make up for declining food quality.
The food was good I had the shrimp tacos and they were very good. The owner is very nice also every time I go there he is always running around super friendly person
One star only for the hot food. I went to this location to pickup food was waiting in the line up and the Darian(Manager) was also helping customer on the front desk. She without asking cuts me from the line and says let me help the guy behind you as his food is ready seriously probably he was her friend or known doesn't matter lineup means first come first serve. Or should have sign we can help anyone at anytime. I gave feedback to the person who helped me later and asked for the manager he said she is the manager she gave me angry look and she gonna do something to me. I just walked away didn't wanted any drama. Poor customer service no respect.
Bad customer service!I came to this place for second time after experiencing bad customer service the first time, still the same. Waitresses have I don’t care kind of attitude towards clients.Have a better management and train your employees pls!
I changed my rating from a 2 to a 1. Placed an order at 5:45, should have been delivered by 7:02. Called the store at 7:15 employee tells us it should be there. Call back at 7:45 still no order .The manager tells me oh it is so busy. I told her I called 30 mins ago and they guy said it should have been delivered. Than she said you can have 15% off, well lady you wait 2 plus hours for an order which I know you messed up to tell me it's busy. The customer service is ridiculous . 7:55 no order still. Will order from uptown next time.
Called to get take out and got the create your pasta i asked for spaghetti with alfredo and tomato sauce and when i got home it had cheese and pieces of meat in it. I can't eat those :(
