Watching the staff prepare your food here is perhaps one of the most disgusting and traumatizing things you will see. Great way to lose your appetite fast.
Watched the staff argue with someone that they must be a customer to use the washroomThe person did not look like they would be abusing the facilities or using drugs in the washroomWhen you NEED to use the washroom the last thing you will be doing is DELAYING that process and will be LESS LIKELY to be a customer if you have to find another washroom at ANOTHER buisnessThis is an extreme lack of customer service at this A&W location which shows major lack of empathy in thier employees view on a potential customers situation that will likely drive people away from said unfriendly enviroment.A&W is a major corporation and can do better in training its staff.
Worst experience here as there were two very rude male workers , they weren't friendly towards me . At 6:30pm June 1st , also the restaurant was very dirty a female customer had to ask one of them to clean the table and chairs where she was going to enjoy her meal . He Said (very rudely) we just cleaned them , they are very unprofessional especially in customer service . I love coming here for a meal and when the other a&w workers are here , so friendly and they keep the place clean . They make me feel welcome , and now I will not be a customer if they are working .
I came in at around 1pm and ordered a english muffin sausage & egger. The cashier told me that they didn't have sausage so I ordered the English muffin bacon egger. He then told me that they didn't have breakfast when the menu clearly says it's all day. So I told him it said all day. He then said he could ask his manager and she told him yes to my original order.I opened my order when I got home to find out that he didn't give me the English muffin sausage & egger, But the regular buns
I got home opened up the bag and found out that the staff had taken a bite of my burger.
Truly upset, it was April 4th, just 2 days into Ramadan, as i am Muslim. So I specifically asked for the uncle burger with cheese but no bacon, for my religious beliefs. They still gave me bacon, and it was pretty empty in there and i only ordered one burger, it was not a bunch of custom things.
Management seems to have taken a vacation from this A &W location. After waiting almost 15 minutes for a mozza burger and a teen burger combo, I had to correct the workers as they tried to give me the wrong order, twice. Then I watched as the burgers sat for five minutes as I waited for them to cook the fries. Only too watch the fries sitting there and me having to ask one of the five employees standing around if I could have my order. Best cold burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were hot .
Ordered for delivery off of skip the dishes. This is by far the WORST order I have ever received! Missing an entire whole meal (burger, fries, and drink missing) and the items that did arrive.... Horrific! Didn't follow directions of no onions, the bacon is uncooked and smells rotten, and everything else tastes like it's over 12hrs old and stale ?
The staff is rude and slow, top that with the most over priced fast food in the industry and you got yourself a waste of time n money
