They refuse to take online coupons. I don’t know if this is even allowed but I was told “they are absolutely sure they don’t accept coupons.” Regardless of your franchise, if you’re part of the A&W brand, you shouldn’t be able to pick or choose whether or not coupons apply… sketchy and annoying.
Worst Costumer service ever. Went there around 3:30 to 4 today and the employees Says we stopped taking coupons from today. Does that make any sense. If a&W app is offering coupon, they're offering it for some reason( for customers to use.. smh). Will try avoiding this store in future.
So I need to start off by saying that this is in no way slander to this specific A&W, as this particular establishment is actually quite nice other than the parking lot. What I would like to say is that A&W prices are outrageously expensive compared to competitors and I have had enough of this nonsense. 13$ for a burger, a SMALL fries, and a drink with no ICE?? That's insane in more ways than I can imagine. The only reason I still go to this one is that it's the only drive-thru fast food restaurant in this outlet mall so I have to make do when I'm on a time crunch. Oh yeah and they keep mishearing me and giving me diet root beer instead of regular haha. But in all seriousness this brand is a man-made horror beyond my comprehension.
Quality of food is good but seems like this location is under staffed. I have always seen the employees working so hard but due to less staff waiting time is too much.... not their fault though.. keep up the good work.
Love the A&W is here in Canada far more something in the US. Excellent teen burger, sweet potato fries and best of all the root beer floats
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in queensborough . The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Management is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in ..
This restaurant doesn't even deserve 0(zero) when it comes to delivery services. I work for food delivery and It happened to me 3rd time where I had to wait for my order more than 20 minutes. They haven't started punching the order even till arrived at the store. Just one request to the management of the restaurant, pls don't accept order from Skipthedishes or Doordash if u can't make it on time. Because we don't get paid for waiting at your restaurant. Plz value the delivery driver time. We as delivery driver, gives you business and such kind of service is not expected from the restaurant.
Food good, service average, clean and well kept facility!!!! Slow food service, but, quality was good as per usual at this A&W in Queensborough, GVA, BC, CANADA!
Well supply chain aside we paid just about $18 for two breakfast combos. I tried to ask or explain that the bill was rung up as individual items as opposed to a meal/combi pricing. The online pricing was $3 cheaper and really can't take this too far with the staff as it would be a management and training issue.
Most times it's just ok. Last time might be the last time for me. Whatever happened to Mama Burger having a slice of onion not just two rings on it? Didn't taste good upset my tunny right after. Awhile later it was coming out n' hurt.
