Went to this location last night with our kids. First red flag they sat us in the lounge instead of the restaurant (restaurant was quiet so no excuse). Took our orders fine but when they brought our drinks they didn't bring my 9 year olds shake as he watched an adult get sat and served hers before him... He waited a good 15-20 before they brought it. Long story short, it took an hour to bring us our meals after complaining, kids were exhausted so we had two bites and wrapped it up. Their idea of fixing it was "dessert on the house" which was ONE piece of cheesecake to take home. Very unimpressed.
Excellent service. Our food was great, and the staff were super friendly. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the great meal.
Tried curbside pick up for lunch. Ordered online early, prepaid & gave a tip. Advised when I arrived by a text msg link.No one brought out my food. Tried to call them to bring my food out but phone number was always busy & wouldn't go through.After waiting way longer than I should have, I went into the restaurant to get it. Food is cold, milkshake is melted. I'm hungry, my lunch break is over and I have to go back to work.Do not tip for to go orders; you will regret it.
Was really wishing for a burger and as I was eating noticed was half pink. They did replace meal but I couldn't eat as I was grossed out. Fries were kind of dry. Waitress service was slow. Usually have good service but not today. When told about the burger she just said oh no does that mean you want a different one. So watch your burgers. My husband's was good.
When we were seated the seats were covered in greasy handprints and tons of crumbs. The table was not very clean and sticky but they never did anything about the cleanliness. Saw other people leaving and their tables were also never wiped before other people were seated.
A mediocre restaurant, value for $ on the high end for mediocre food quality, their famous kennebec fries are a joke and nothing but small pieces and ends, beer selections ok and pricing reasonable, service mediocre even considering it's the afternoon. Had the half rack of ribs, taste average. Probably won't be another 35 years before I come to an other White Spot
Met the most difficult greeter at the door. She was the assistant manager! A lady on a real power trip! That set the pace of the whole meal. I would strongly recommend going down the road to Smitty's. A much better restaurant. They meet.you with a smile and the service was way better than at the White Spot.
Ordered from Skip the dishes and oh man I got the Club sandwich and wow it is GREAT! The chili sauce is amazing on it. Sweet potato fries had to much seasoning for my liking but other than that was fantastic.
Not the perfect place but not bad. I've had good food, bad food, things forgotten. Whatever you do, if you order take out, unless you've ordered online, do not, I repeat DO NOT park in curbside for them to bring your food out. Whether you order online or phone your order in you still have to contact them to let them know your there. JUST DON'T DO IT AT CURB SIDE PARKING! After the order to move my vehicle I did happily over to Milanos for pizza.
We were seated and served by a manager because they were understaffed. We waited more than an hour for our food while three other tables were seated and served before we were finally served food that had clearly been under the warmer for a considerable time and only after we asked what had taken so long. We had clearly. been forgotten. I tipped well anyway, but I'm sad about it. 5 stars because anyone working now deserves 5 stars. Thanks, anyway.
