Wendy's is always fairly priced & so fresh tasting. Yummmmm!
Super great service and food! High-school kids vaping in the dining room people take the time out of their day to notice us! Management is great! Staff look happy !

Haven't been in this place since before the pandemic started. They've undergone a huge reno inside and it looks really good. Service and food were great
1 star for not allowing dine in when every other restaurant in nanaimo does.. Wont return to here.
My husband was picking a skip order. Font door was closed without any notice. Stayed in the drive through for almost half an hour. Just to pick one burger bun. When my husband wanted to talk to the manager, one extramly rude so called manager showed up screaming that I she was short of staff and u are free to apply. Who would want to work with such manager? My kids was like.... She Is SO RUDE.
Horrible burger! Comparable to boil in bag, no grill flavor, absolutely tasteless!!!
Well the restaurant at Port Place Plaza has the hours posted saying Drive thru open from 10:30pm-12:00midnight. So due to the unavailable dining room ordering, a friend and I caught a Taxi to drive us thru the take out window, which ignored us completely. Then we had to pay just under $10 for a cab that accomplished only one thing ....taking our cash in exchange for providing no services whatsoever. If there was an option to rate -5stars, I'd rate them -20stars. HORRIBLE FALSE ADVERTISING
I was there on November 25 order my food paid for it and they missed a whole entire meal when I phoned they ask for me to call back later because they were busy I stated I was on my lunch break and never got my food and the lady on the phone said once again there busy and she would have to get back to me not impressed
