Quite a few options of sweet or savoury waffle choices. All very good! Lots of choices of bubble tea as well. I’m a mango or coconut fan but you can experiment with many different choices! You can eat in, takeout or sit on the cute little patio inside the Old City Quarter covered walkway. Great for having a light brunch, lunch, snack or treat! If you’re a waffle person I’d put this place on “places to try” list. Friendly staff too!

This place is wonderful. The owner and staff are kind and friendly with a laid back demeanour that is welcoming and jovial.The food is delicious and very well priced. My favourite is the Sweet Heart with the Brussels Waffle. I have had waffles in so many different cities but these are the best by far! You would be doing yourself a kindness to come and enjoy this place for yourself. No only are you going to have an amazing and delicious meal, but also a friendly and relaxed experience. 10/10 I would recommend Waffle Magic to anyone. This place it tiny and mighty! And no, I don’t work for them- I just love food!

So tasty and cozy! I really enjoyed the delicious cinnamon liege waffle and the strawberry Brussel waffle as well. The liege dough on warming and comforting and the Brussel dough is very light and like eating air. I also had the strawberry milk shake which was VERY thick and just delicious will definitely come back next time I'm in Nanaimo and also they have stamp cards so I'm excited to earn a free waffle with it ♡

By far the best waffles I've ever had, nice, fluffy and crispy! I had the cinnamon sugar waffles, its melt in your mouth, id recommended all day!
Portions are filling and delicious!I recommend going with the Liege waffles as they are sweet and perfect!
Incredible. I was a bit skeptical when the waffles came out and looked brittle on the outside, but the exterior was cooked perfectly and the inside had an almost sponge cake like texture to it. It wasn’t overly sweet so the flavours really shone on the waffle I ordered (the cheesecake one is amazing). If you’re looking for a great social space with beautiful artwork (which is for sale too) make sure you stop by.
