I ordered assaulted sashimi and a plate and I was dissapointed for the sashimi because they were not fresh.
Surprisingly decent meal for a food-court sushi spot. The Miso Soup was really tasty. Sushi was fresh & flavourful. Veggie Tempura was crisp & hot. Teriyaki Tofu was good enough for M. to steal off my plate. We would both eat here again.

This was the worst food experience I've ever had at an Umi Sushi Express. I usually order the beef Bento box. The meat was extremely fatty and not at all what I normally receive. The tempera was also very thick compared to other locations. I typically eat here when I see them in malls and enjoy my meal. I couldn't even finish this.
Terible place to eat,
Ordered the teriyaki chicken mini bento today and was unable to eat it. Chicken didn't look like chicken, small slimy pieces, maybe processed chicken at best. Veggies were thin sliced and not super appetizing. Yam fries weren't fries like in the menu picture. They were thin circles of yam with way too much tempura batter. Too bad because the service itself was pleasant.
This is one of my favorite mall food places, especially when I visit other cities. I usually order the beef Bento box, and this was, by far, the worst I ever had. The meat was super fatty, and the tempura was really thick. Not at all what I expect or generally receive from the other ones I've been to.
I recently ordered a full beef bento box. The california rolls were not good and I left them [didnt taste fresh] the tempura was way overcooked and hard crusted and the broccoli inside was clearly old i.I left that. The rice with the beef and veggies on top and the tiny bit of salad you get were the only edible things. Not great but edible. Will not return. The lady at till is friendly.
