I ordered breakfast club with no meat!!!It looked a bit expensive as compared to the price on menu, so I asked for the reciept and looked the lasy had punched sunny start with hashbrown!!! Which was $2 dollar more than a breakfast club i ordered!!! I asked her why she did it and she said its cheaper that way!!!Then i told her to punch me the regular one as i asked for!!! She just gave me my $2 dollars back!!!! Make sure you are getting the recipt and see you get wht u paid for!!!
Breakfast sandwiches are excellent as are the hash browns. Don’t care for the burgers very much though, and it’s pretty expensive for what you get. I’ve never run into any missing item issues like other reviews state. Avoid the drive thru if there are more than 2 cars there though, wait times are really long.
Adequate food, terribly rude customer service. I asked to borrow a rag to wipe off a dirty table I wanted to sit in, was met with a terrible attitude from a short fat female employee who angrily followed me over and then sighed after she wiped down the table (leaving a stupid amount of cleaning liquid on the behind). This is just another sad example of the decline in customer service. It surprises me that some of these people have jobs.To whoever is the manager of this place, perhaps your employees need a lesson on keeping tables clean, but more importantly customer service and not having a bad attitude toward the people who are paying to keep your doors open would be wise before it’s too late. We won’t be back. For the record, yes I was polite. Yes I used “please” when I asked and thanked her. My civilities were ignored and met with an unwelcoming attitude and disrespect.
Oh I like the burgers, I really do. But I can't get over the prices... They just don't seem comparable to what you get. Maybe it's me, but I suspect that the food margins are based on the white spot restaurant model and not on typical day food models. I don't know. There's a disconnect though.I'll be back though, cause I love me that triple o sauce!
Absolutely incredible expirience, excellent wait time and extraurdinary service of rhe wonderfull cast and crewwww uf gonna turn auto coreect back on.The pickle chips are really great. The fries are really salty but they're good.I'm so glad I got such a great recommendation for the delicious 6 ounce burger thing6 ounce6 ounce6 ounce6 ounce6 ounceI havent slept in a while.
I've eaten many Triple O's and White Spot Bacon Cheddar burgers and yam fries over the years, and the quality can vary. But let me tell ya, Nanaimo location, about 6pm on a Friday, drive thru, best I've ever had. The burger was tied for first place with a bunch of other BC burgers, but the yam fries were the best I've ever had anywhere, ever. Made my day!
Good food when they get the order right. Order is correct about 50% of the time. I order chicken, I get beef. Today my burger was missing Triple O sauce. Of course this has happened multiple times now, and I keep going back so I guess it's half my fault too......
Definitely the best fast food in Nanaimo. It’s worth the price and compared to any other fast food places their burgers are the best. I can’t get enough of their bacon Buffalo chicken burger. There is a bit of a wait because the meals are made fresh and taste like restaurant meals 10/10
Fine food BUT CHECK YOUR BAGS. Constantly getting missing items that we were charged for. Best one so far is missing the chicken strips we ordered but the sauce was put in the bag.
Great Burger! It's nice to have a stand alone place in town. Recommend for a place to eat lunch. Not your typical fast food stop though, be prepared to spend double what the arches charge, but worth the spend!
