The best Tim Hortons in Nanaimo by far and excellent spot to stop and take a break while traveling on Vancouver Island. Very central location. The staff is the best part, they are hard working, polite and professional. My order is always made right and quickly.
An employee named "Jeniffer" took my order at the front counter. Her attitude was so bad she was so impatient to fully hear my order. When i was trying to explain the offer that i had in my tims app, she behaved rudely. Dont know why they hire such employees to ruin their business.
Poor service, poor food. At drive-thru had to repeat everything at least three times and they still got it wrong. Southwest Chicken Wrap cold and hard, apple fritter still partly frozen in the middle. Won't be back.
Only stopped for a coffee in the early evening. The girl that served us was so very slow it was painful. Don't think we'll be going back there.

Super clean store, nicest bathroom I've been in in my entire life! Perfect coffee too. I wish I could go back and live there but I have to live with my wife and son. He's 2.5 years old so he can't make coffee so I guess it's all downhill from here...
Enjoyed a hot chocolate with clear plastic garbage in it. Really disappointed and I thought this location would be decent.
