Took my mom for lunch here today. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.After ordering, got a table. The floor and tables were so dirty.It was very disappointing. It wasn’t terribly busy as it was 2:00 so there is no excuse for the level of uncleanliness. Will not be going back to this location.

I am never going to accept an order from this locations drive thru without thoroughly examining it again. Paid for 3 sandwiches received 2 and they were the wrong g breakfast sandwiches. I'm pretty upset I was ripped off. I called and complained. They did offer to make good and remake the sandwiches if I came back later that day but leta be real how much Tim hortons sandwiches can I possibly eat in one day. Wish they would have just taken my name and number down for the next trip in. Not happy at all. With that many people working there you'd think they would be more organized.

They locked the doors! What business who wants to makes money locks its door. The line for drive through is ridiculous, waiting 30 mins for a coffee, no thank you . The kids they have working are rude and don't care about a thing and they NEVER have their shelves full. What is going on Tim Hortons. Im taking my business to McDonald's

Staff were very quick to judge and discriminate based upon the customer having a backpack, Assuming that the customers are homeless or doing drugs without any actual evidence to suggest that the customers were either of those judgements by Tim Hortons staff.

This star is actually 0.5.The staff have to do their jobs faster. A coworker and I waited 15 mins for the line to even move.Pathetic level of service. The horrible KFC next door has a faster window. And that place is a nightmare by comparison. To the Franchisee; FIX YOUR DRIVE-THRU OR HIRE CAPABLE STAFF.

It's usually faster to drive to another Tim's and get your stuff, than to come to this one. Nice staff, just never enough people working.

Worst service ever I stood there for 25 mins for two friggin farmers wraps so many staff members only one sandwich maker I will never return

Really slow service. Ordered on the app and even after a half hour had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. When I got it it was cold.

Got my order wrong but fixed it when I came back and even upsized my Coffee
