Late lunch with the wife, both had the habanero chicken wrap, it tasted excellent but was disappointed in the down sizing of the wrap, seemed half the size it used to be. Guess that's inflation (or maybe deflation).Great service by Ahmed (hope I spelled name correctly), great personality!
This location was really great! The staff were super friendly and the food was prepared really quickly. The food was decent, about what you would expect from a fast food joint. We were really pleased!
BEWARE NANAIMO GIRLS!!First of all Im not trying to be rude or racist here, but I would like bring attention to our community about this CREEPY guy name Ahmed he is only here Canada from last 2years and he is motive is to sleep with every girl customer from store (and drive through) , I have my friend telling me that he followed her to blue back beach few months ago and she work next door at sushi place. The owners our aware of this situation but they don't do anything. Girls please don't share ur personal information to him he just gonna use you and throw u like garbage because he will not marry u or anything..
Usually don't mind this drive though but today I'm super disappointed. I got a classic lemon aid and a French vanilla cold brew. An order my bf and I Usually get, he took one sip and was like "does this taste okay to you?" I take the smallest sip and couldn't even finish because it was sooo sour. Now mind you we have both had this drink before and this was absolutely awful
We ordered two cups of coffee, tasted them and it was clear it was just water and cream.We went back for two more cups of coffee, tasted them and it was clear that it was again just water and cream.We went back a third time. This time, the manager and the rest of the staff came to the window to tell us that MAYBE WE DON'T KNOW WHAT COFFEE TASTES LIKE!The staff then stood there and watched us drink the coffee. Then when we told them that it was still not coffee, they suggested that we were wrong and that the coffee was coffee.We then asked for a Cold Brew.At this point, we now had six cups of bean water...and a cold brew and an Americano.Maybe we don't know what coffee tastes like? That was the most surreal experience at a Tim Horton's ever.
I visited this location many a times and everytime I went I had the best experience. The atmosphere is super cheerful and the staff is very good and friendly. Everyone is super helpful. Yash,Aastha, Raoul, Aarchi, Tanner,Gerry you guys rock!
Gave me food poisoning. I got an iced caramel late wit oat milk and not an hour after drinking it I started to feel sick. Was completely fine before the drink.
Stopped for some coffees and teas on our way to a hockey game. Like everyone short staffed but they still do a great job.
I visit this location for my steeped tea most days after work and the service is always fabulous! Today I had the pleasure of being served by Ahmed (sorry not sure on spelling) and he was so kind and welcoming, as he always is. He shared with me that he has years of hospitality management and it shows! This restaurant is lucky to have such a wonderful staff like him.
Good choice, great doughnuts, but service a bit slower than normal.
