Is it just me or has the service here gone down hill again? Looks like all the employees have been replaced with new staff who could care less about quality but instead focus on getting an order out…any order. Even if the order is wrong. Drive-thru continues to ask, “is that it?” after ever pause - honestly, I am trying to order but being interrupted with that is extremely frustrating. I hope that whoever is driving this type of service can rethink their business model, I would love to enjoy my tim Hortons experience again.
Cold bacon in my wrap was pretty terrifying this morning. Also, how does one not have enough steeped for a medium and a small? Or at least the willingness to make another half pot? It's peak breakfast, actually how is there not a full and a half at all times?Update May 19th, more terrifyingly cold bacon. Also, older lady with red hair would not stop interrupting me attempting to order. If she'd waited to speak another 10 seconds at most I would have finished saying my modifications, and another 5 seconds at most for me to tell her what's in my tea. If you're going to interrupt people ordering, be a mind reader. She clearly isn't and should be re trained to wait before confirming orders so she actually has the whole information. Not just partial. This used to be my preferred tims to stop by, what in the world has happened? Perhaps this locations franchisee should borrow the brilliant morning staff from the Comox street location for a day of training.
Very frustrated just went thrutims at brookslanding wanter the new passionfruit ice tea got to drive thru window questioned him if that was pasionfruit it looks like lemonade and it is. He insisted it was pasdionfruit drink shoved our donuts and stuff at us stood thereand kept saying have a nice day got yo ferry to drink my dtink its lemonade and now im dtuck with it while i wait i decide to call manager to advisr of service received guess what full answer machine asking me to leave a message but cant cause its full.
I try to avoid going to this timhortons because everytime I am there the service is not friendly. when I make my order they are not ever friendly. Every time I pay a debit machine is thrusted into my face with no words. And when I’m given my drink. The same guy keeps repeating “thank you have a good day, goodbye, goodbye” over and over until I set my drink down and leave. Which I’m trying to do as fast as I can. They have messed up my drink a few times, when I go back through they are irritated with me that I’ve asked them to remake because my 5$ latte tastes like water and cream. After this consistent behaviour every time I go I will be going to The Starbucks down the road.
I can say with great confidence this is the most inconsistent Tim Horton on Vancouver island, I go to Tim’s most days and travel all over this island for work and this tim Horton offers a Terrible product. I have visited this tims at least a dozen times a not once have I been anywhere near satisfied they either forget the egg or don’t toast the bun NFG.
I usually go after around 9pm through the drive thru and the guy working always makes the best steeped tea. I order a medium 2 milk 1 & 1/2 sugar and it’s always so damn good. Thank you to the guy working DT!!
This is the worst Tim's that I've been to in a while. Their doughnut shelves were completely empty four hours before they close. Buddy also over charged me for my tea. Go to another place.
Great service and great place to sit and relax. Staff were cleaning up and wipe down surfaces. Coffee was hot and Tim bits fresh ?. Fireplace inside to sit beside ?. Parking is good. Drive thru is ?
Ordered a tea with milk but got a tea with cream. Has happened a few times. I know staffing is tough right now. So it’s understandable. They are doing their best.
I ordered a hot chocolate and was a bit surprised to see the baked goods were nearly all gone and a staff member told me that they would not be able to make anything else in the baked goods department. I thought Tim Hortons was supposed to be a place where people could go to grab a coffee or a donut anytime. Apparently the Brooks Landing location is not interested in serving the menu items. I'd be understanding if it were close to closing time, however it was 6:30pm. ( Closes at 10:00pm) Then the staff member in the video lied to me, saying that customers complained about me in the washroom, which was obviously not true since not 1 customer came to the washroom during the time I was in there. Nanaimo BC Canada and all the Tim Hortons in Nanaimo BC assume that the customers are doing drugs or that they're homeless if they're carrying a backpack or shopping bags. I'd not recommend this location if you are interested in a coffee and/or a donut due to lack of any baked goods. -5*'s
