I never leave reviews but the staff were not friendly. The cheese on the grilled cheese was not melted and there was smeared butter all over the outside. I went inside to ask for it to be grilled longer and the restaurant was not clean. They did make me a better grilled cheese but when I went back to my car and was helping my daughter put the lid on chili, hair plastered inside. Yuck, the whole experience took my appetite away. I expect better from such a popular chain

Drive through line moved quickly. The staff member at the window was very nice and even offered a Timbit for our dog.

Waited in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. They got our order completely wrong even after the gal taking it had read it back to us.Farmers wrap had an egg and 2 hunks of cheese....no sausage or hashbrown. My steeped tea was supposed to be a large and it was medium. They forgot our hashbrowns and my son's coffee.Terrible service and terrible food.

Worst one in Nanaimo. If you want your order made totally wrong everytime....

Don't bother wasting your time coming here in the evening unless you only want coffee. The same rude male employee won't serve food. I've been there at 8 PM and 10 PM and told I couldn't even order a donut. Maybe there were none left but was rudely told "like I said, drinks only". I've never been to a fast food establishment and told you can't order almost everything on the menu during opening hours. Very disappointing

They've been better lately, however this really put the cherry on my bad day. I opened my wrap and it was jammed in not only upside down, but not wrapped much at all. A whole chicken piece was inside the box. This is completely unacceptable. The ONLY reason I didn't go inside and go full Karen was because I couldn't, I was on my work break. You wouldn't *"** up a wrap like this at home, why think it's okay to do to a paying customer?

two cars from behind me served at the drive through before I was. Why bother making us line up if you aren't taking the orders as they come in. I could have gotten better service at a starbucks

Got there at 840 pm went in drive thru man working there was rude, We told him about the feed back we got from the drive thru speaker and it was hard to hear. Our coffee tasted burned and old and my ice coffee also tasted old. I will not be going back to that location.

Had to wait forever to order… when I finally could order there were no biscuits, hash browns were not made, and espresso machine was not working so I couldn’t get my drink, had to order a different sandwich and had to wait a long time to get my food because hash browns took time to make. Worst experience ever at a Tim Hortons for sure.
