Not sure what's up with this particular timmies... loaded wrap was half the size it is everywhere else, roasted beef sandwich was flat with 3 thin sliced of meat (not to mention dry), potato wedges were so soggy.
Awesome/prompt (drive thru) service and delicious sandwiches. We ordered the roast beef and turkey, bread tasted fresh and the quality of the ingredients were on par.
I went in today to purchase a coffee before I placed my order I kindly asked the staff if they could buzz me in to the washroom. The staff ignored me so I thought maybe they didn’t hear me so I asked again for them to buzz me in. The worker yelled at me I will buzz you in when I get around to it! I just left and do not plan on going back to this location. Was really surprised I was treated this way because I am a regular customer at this location.
Poor service and messy .Stand by till wait forever , don’t don’t even acknowledge you or any thing even they pass by, until they are ready. Store was empty but most tables were messy . I guess I was at night time . Chill time ?
Usually it's fast (Usually) ... alot of other times I come in and have to wait 15 mins just to be served. I just hear the staff yelling " front, front, front" and still Noone can do the easy till job at the front. I know of some reliable people that would make the staff there look mediocre. Anyways rant over. - A former once everyday customer.
Went through on multiple occasions to grab a quick bite and there is always something missing, beverages made poorly or incorrect, poor communication or slow service. Being pregnant I get cravings like crazy. Wanted a chicken bacon ranch wrap. I found it odd that there was no lettuce, tomato or ranch until I came to the last 2 bites at the bottom where it was over loaded with ranch and only 1 slice of mushy tomato and a sliver of wilted lettuce (probably due to the amount of ranch). To top off the story my partner also got himself a bacon grilled cheese. His sandwich had hardly any bacon, wasn't toasted and the cheese not melted at all. We will likely never return to this location as this seems to be a common issue.
Every time I visit this Tim Hortons and order anything other than a Tea, they are so concerned with their window times that they make me park at the back of the building.Even if there is no line behind me. I asked why I needed to drive away before I could even get my drink, and he said I could not stay at the window for longer than 30second or his manager would kill him.Very poor management if you ask me. There is no need to be in such a rush.Shorter SLAs are supposed to improve customer experience. Not make them feel devalued. I don’t think they get the point.
Pretty done with tims honestly. They charged us for double cream cheese on a bagel and there was barely anything on it. Bagel BELT had wilted lettuce on it two weeks ago my pregnant wife had cold egg on her sandwich and when she asked for it to be reheated or replaced they just walked away from her and ignored her. This is not a good family friendly cozy place anymore.
Careful this Tim’s automatically tops up your purchase total for donating to camps. I’m fine to donate but only if I’m asked. $0.72Poor management in the past, 2010; they’re comfortable with staff getting ripped in the parking lot but I’m not sure about now, so over all not a good experience at this location
My drink was good and fresh bagel was nice and well toasted staff had a hustle on and worked hard no complaints whoever was running the shift around 6 or so had a tight ship and should be recognized
