Absolutely awful to drive from Duncan for Taco Bell when all websites, specify the location is open until 11 PM on a Saturday only to arrive and see that it is closed for no reason!! no note!! nothing posted online nothing absolutely horrendous!!!!! Shouldn’t be allowed to get away with such BS as a business! Will be following up with further complaints
Ordered 11 tacos...took forever to get to the window at the drive thru...then they said they had run out of beef for all but 6 tacos? Isn't that sorta like running out of chicken at KFC? It seems they also spread 1 tacos worth of beef into the 6 tacos they said had beef. They were very "skinny"...and it was akin to eating crackers...if your outta beef then your outta beef, don't try to stretch it...what a joke!
Worst taco bell I have ever had. Fries supreme was a little cheese and sour cream, with what I assume was a few crumbs of meat. The wrap or whatever it was, had same thing with a little lettuce and tomatoe, but it was more sour cream and cheese than anything else. If I wasn't as hungry as I was I wouldn't have eaten it...
Honestly, WHAT IS THE POINT?? They are almost NEVER open, and when the restaurant does actually allow cars to crawl through the Drive-Thru, the Taco Bell side is closed (KFC only).Astoundingly inconsistent, it's like they WANT to drive customers away.Isn't this the only Taco Bell on the island? Come on man, get your s*** together. Pay yr employees enough to properly staff the joint, clean it up (!!!), open the bloody seating-area again, and just do it right... or shut it down, and stop openly failing.
I called to ask if they were open as all the chairs were stacked on the tables. They said they were, but drive through only. I asked why I could not sit and eat in the dining room and they said "Because ise it is not allowed!" and hung up on me. Who does that? It was a simple question.I decided to order a pizza from the restaurant on the other side of the parking lot. They had great customer service. KFC could take some lessons.
I have only been to Taco Bell twice, so please take this seriously; Once in Ottawa and once here in Nanaimo.The cheese sauce you use at this location is unrecognizable. I was so shocked at how different and worse everything tasted as a result. If you changed this one aspect I imagine the food would be on par with other locations.
It's a taco bell on the island. Try getting a chalupa without the ferry. Go ahead try it. Oh, are you chalupaless? Ya you dingus, there is only this one! 5 stars

This is the second time I’ve driven from Victoria to get Taco Bell and they were not serving Taco Bell. The first time was 3 months ago. Don’t drive here if you live more than 10 mins away. Waste of gas, waste of time.
