I love Subway but this particular one had some employees that laughed at my order, whoever catches them doing this should report to their superior. I don't walk into a store and laugh at the employees so why on earth should they disrespect me by laughing.

The girl that was working was really unprofessional flipped out on us when all my sister asked was for more pickles.

I got a veggie pattie 12 inch sub. My partner got turkey bacon guac wrap. The subs were made right and food was fresh.. I like that they have lower calorie options. Also got $2 off with Subway Points

Absolutely disgusted with your new crispy chicken sidekick!! The bun was burnt black-asked for no veggies-got onions that were not asked for!! So for $3.99 plus tax I got a tiny piece of chicken-WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!!!

Caution: At the time of this review, there is a male employee at this location using terms of endearment with female customers, which is demeaning and infantilizing, even after he was told to stop. If other women experience this behaviour, write to head office so they have it on record.

Don't use the app they make the sandwich with the poorest quality ever! There was barely any sauce on my sandwich. I literally ask for extra spinach and peppers and i got 3 leaves & not even a single sliced pepper. This app is the biggest rip off ever! My aswell light 20$ on fire.

Ordered through the app. I am once again disappointed with the quality of my sandwich. Asked for extra spinach and green pepper. No green pepper on it at all no Parmesan cheese no banana pepper. It is a total joke to use this app and this subway location. Basically all bread no filling.

Just finished waiting 20 minutes for a sandwhich as the only customer in sto re. Orginally order steak and gauc wrap 1/2 way through they said no gauc... to be easy I said ok can we make it a steak and gauce sandwhich the guy went to the back and started bringing out containers prepping the line and ignored me... fast forward 10 minutes the re anckoledge me and make me the sandwhich at which point 1/2 through they say thier toasters broken. no apology. I call bs and that they didnt wanna clean it again, I cam in a full hour before closing ....

This was by far the worst experience at a subway ever!!! The employees were rude and did not make the sandwich proper. I understand they are foreign but they need customer service skills taught and maybe a refresher on sandwich making

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Multiple staff behind the counter and just myself and daughter in the store trying to order but kept having to stop and repeat and wait for them to interrupt their personal conversations in order to complete our order. Disrespectful terrible customer service, more accurately a complete lack of customer service.
